The West Emnet is the western part of the lands of Rohan. A vast plain, it was the most populated of Rohan's regions. The River Ondló (Entwash) runs along its northeastern border, and the River Snowbourne along its southeastern border. The great North-South Road passes through this region.
Many events occured here, such as the passing of the Nazgul, the reuniting of many members in the Company of the Ring, the march of the Uruk-Hai, and the muster of the Rohirrim.
The West Emnet borders Fangorn to the north, the Wold to the northeast, the East Emnet to the east, the Eastfold to the east-southeast, Edoras to the south-southeast, Ered Nimrais to the south (insurpassable), Helm's Deep to the southwest, and the Gap of Rohan to the west.
This region provides the usual 1,000 MWE and 100 SWE.

As for troops to command, I don't want too much. I already have Mirkwood to deal with. But yeah, I'd really like to join Rohan, I think I was in it at one point.
