"Yes, I see. However, how can we take your word for it? To put it bluntly, we would like to see if there is a way we can become allies..."
Consul: "Yes. Well, we'll need to see what the crocs and/or eagles think." Shamrock
"Of course, you realize, if it weren't for this ice threat, the crocs would be out of commission by now, at least that is according to strategists, and we know how reliable they are... I would have you realize that we have no intions of conquering Chima or anything like the such. We do however, like to have many allies and a heavy arsenal to take on whoever does have those thoughts, so, if your motives have changed to what they sound, I don't think the crocs would agree with your new outlook on life."

Consul: "Of course, the Crawler Empire only attacked Chima so we could obtain land to live in, in order to eventually completely move out of the Outlands, but we Scorpions of the Republic have decided living underground is the way to go. The crocs haven't expressed any displeasure with our decisions as of yet, but we'll have to see what they think." Shamrock

"Wonderful, do you have any requests, questions, or disagreements with our proposals?"

Consul: "Not really, as long as we can continue living underground and sharing the Eagle's chi supply or practical uses."

OOC: All the non-Forgotten Scorpions here are living underground. They're just above ground now for a negotiation.

(OOC: Generalization of an area, dude. Im not directly saying it. :/ )
(OOC: Bah whatever, lets Continue.) -The Forgotten see tunnel entrances and begin cautiously getting close-
OOC: The tunnel entrances are carefully hidden. The only non-Republic beings who know the locations are the Eagles and Bears, so far at least.
(OOC: Keep trying, stealth won’t hide you for long from the thorough scouting teams of the Forgotten, they have no intent to attack, just gather intel to see what is happening.)
-meanwhile, Forgotten Eagles transport their groundborne troops up to the Eagle spire, just to keep a foothold there as a forward base under guise of neutrality, they often rest and refuge in abandoned buildings and facilities, even if they peacefully left a while back...-
*A treaty is made with nothing fishy in it* It states that the bears and scorpions will not fight each other on consequence of immediate death and annihilation for the offender whether bear or scorpion. Also they can freely exchange goods and the scorpions can buy land above ground if they wish, and they must never do anything militarily without first consulting with the bear council. They must never rebuild their old HQ and they must never try to fircefully take over chima again. Any scorpion who does not wish to follow these ordinances can be smashed today.
