A black, aged crocodile in armour walks out of the jungle into the HQ followed by several crocodiles with guns. None of the crocs fire.
"This is not war! This is barbarism!"
OOC:Before you say anything, he has a reason for knowing where the camp is, but i'm not willing to reveal it right now.
OOC: So, can you at least tell me in OOC or jammers? It might be important

They are met by very angry officers with automatic pulse rifles. The section leader quite literally flips his table.
"I DON'T UNDERSTAND NONE OF THIS BLASTED BUSINESS ANYMORE!", says the frustrated commander, "The Bears Ravens and Rhinos;;get INVADED, the Eagles get oppressed, and when we come to help, we're suddenly the WORST CURSED WAR CRIMINALS TO WALK THIS; WORLD! What is wrong with you! We are the only people who are properly declaring war and following the conventions!"
The officer's rant then degrades into mutterings and he lays down crying.

"Properly declaring war? You blew up their communication towers and border weapons before you delcared war! They're giving you a chance at peace, and you're ignoring it? No true warrior wages war against someone who will not fight."
OOC: The soldiers are carrying the guns. As for the infrared, there's a reason why the HQ's in the middle of the forest, surrounded by camouflage tarps, and, as far as I know, infrared doesn't go through stuff. I'll let it pass, you could track them by the radio Comms.
OOC:I'm pretty sure it does go through stuff. It's the whole reason people use it. Plus, it's not like any of the trees or other animals are going to have a Chi signature, so Chimans should be relatively easy to pick out.
OOC: Well, infrared doesn't go through wood, or glass. As far as I know, it is used because it can help distinguish figures against backdrops. But, isn't Chi like concentrated life force or something?
A small forest clearing in the Eagle land had been covered with tracks marks, its grass upturned, and poles for camouflage nets dug into its soil. The HQ section commanding the Lion force had been plopped down there, and amongst it was a puzzled commander. Then, an infantryman in his fatigues clambered out from one of the IFVs modified for communication purposes, holding a telegram.
"We have confirmation. The enemy commander has refused to fight," said the young officer as he set the paper to rest on a metal table, in front of his commander. "They say that this is a region of peace, willingly shared by the Eagles. They also used disrespectful pronouns when referring to us."
"I don't understand..." said the frustrated commander as he buried his face in his hands, "J-Just, just run over them, will you?" The officer saluted, then went back to the communications IFV.
Then, the loudspeakers turned on again in the advancing Lion vehicles, and patched the officer through: "We will not negotiate with you. We demand the full restoration of the occupied territory to the Eagles, and either the withdrawal or imprisonment of your local forces and their allies."
OOC: The bold is a lie.
IC: Bat Commander: "Since when are you the bosses of every species? We can withdraw our military forces but we will not withdraw our civilians from this land that is willingly shared with us!"
OOC: But it is true. Thou was used in the street, casually, and this is a discussion between important figures, warranting you.
IC:
"We do not consider ourselves the chiefs of all nations, arrogant and presumptuous Bat! That is why we have come bearing arms! If you suspend your forced laws, then we shall accept your citizens!
OOC: So, can you at least tell me in OOC or jammers? It might be important

"We had declared war against them long ago! And they are not asking for peace! They invaded our lands and crushed our people without exchanging a single word! Their 'peace treaty' does not eliminate the problems that caused the conflict, and paves the way to further bloodshed."

(OOC: As the fandom, we all suck at explaining chi in an scientific way. Honestly, if it normally is a liquid and then turns into a solid state of matter thanks to a chemical reaction with certain minerals in the Lion-temple’s Chi Pool, then it could just be as simple as that, just a chemical reaction. But we asking all like, “what makes Golden Chi Orbs, and how can it scientifically make terraformig powers?” Well, i guess its a more potent chemical reaction of chi-water solidification. )

OOC:Yeah. That's why it would be so easy to pick out:unlike infrared, where everything gives off a signature, only Chimans would give off a Chi signiture because they're the only ones that have Chi in the first place.

"You are the ones paving the way to further bloodshed by letting this continue when you can end it in a much easier way. Take their offer however you will, it is either a surrender or a treaty. Either is much more beneficial to you than all out war."
"You make it sound like we've been quarantined. Now, i've been out of commission for a good few months, so i'm a little lost about the whole Crawler thing. And upset too, admittedly." He glances at the messenger. "By the way, I want to know who allowed this... As soon as possible." He turns back to the commander. "Regardless on where I stand with this little infestation of ours though, you aren't to take another step in here if you intend on harming any Eagles."
"Oh, no. We shan't harm your kind unless they harm us. Our only job here is to get rid of the Crawlers after complaints by residents. I don't understand why this whole business is so complicated to everyone else!"
OOC: Apologies for the wait!
Eeran watched the messenger leave, and turned back towards the Lion commander. “... I can't speak for everyone else, if they decide whether or not they'll attack you. If you want my opinion though? If we were really being oppressed, I think I trust my own people to take care of this themselves…” He mutters something about scorpions under his breath, then smiles confidently.
“I won't keep you long. Just know what you might be getting into if you attack the crawlers.”

"Well, thank you. You're the most pleasant foreigner I've talked to yet today. Have a nice day, and take care."
The tank speeds forward into the Eagle lands, accompanied by an anti-air tank counterpart.

Eeran gave the Lions a two fingered salute, and struggled his way back into the interceptor he came in. He took off, and made his way back to the landing pad.
The Eagle Spire is abuzz with activity as pilots report to briefing rooms and ground crews ready Eagle Interceptors for launch.
About five tank platoons cross the horizon, seemingly accompanied by other trucks and armoured vehicles. Then, they stop in their rapid advance. A trio Lion jets buzz the Eagle Spires, taking reconnaissance pictures, and return to the origin of their expedition. An eerie silence befalls on the Lion positions, except for the low sound of soldiers whispering among themselves.

OOC: Infrared can see the heat signature of people through objects such as subs, walls, and other things because it is detecting the heat thru the object. Yeah Chi is something like that.
