Bat Commander: "With General Badrar unconscious, I am in temporary command of the Crawler forces in this region. I order the Overwatch ships to end their battle in the skies immediately, regardless of species."
The Bat Commander calls for a meeting on the ground between all sentient beings in the region. A treaty is created in hopes that all factions here (Crawler, Lion, Eagle, and Forgotten) will agree to peace, and to an equal sharing of the territory. The meeting place is a small round platform that's been set up on the ground near the middle of the region. The treaty will be called "The Eagle Territory Treaty" (very original, I know).

A bat looks around at Yamamoto, Eddesa, and the other inlanders and forgotten gathered. Bat: "Thank you for coming. The acting Bat Commander will arrive shortly." The bat looks dismayed that no lions are present yet, and looks up into the sky, searching for the lion aircraft that'd been above the region earlier.
A handful of Eagles join them. Several of them are very old, and sit down at once. Several other Eagles provide them with cushions.
The group is made up of an ancient Eagle who appears to be the leader, a thin and frail old Eagle, an old but firm Eagle, an old but healthy healer, a slightly younger female Eagle with silver and white feathers, and an even younger Eagle with gold and white feathers, wearing a golden robe with absurdly large sleeves.

-The augmented Combine Scorpion whom is TK-421 hisses back at him, hos hiss sounding very distorted and scratchy thanks to his vocoder in his helmet-
TK-421: “Overwatch acknowledges this truce and will let it slide under conditions that we will augment Eagles into our rankings.” -he said sternly but emotionless-
-Col. Cubbage growls in response-
Edessa: “How dare does your kind ruthlessness get away with the crawlers, how could they agree to such tyranny your alien menace calls “peace keeping!” How do you think of that?!”
-TK-421 decides not to listen, which leads to Edssa bugging him more-
The old but firm Eagle speaks.
Edgar: "Due to crimes against Eagle citizens, the Eagle tribe demands the permanent withdrawal of all Overwatch forces from Eagle territory immediately after this meeting is completed."
The Bat Commander intervenes. Bat Commander: "Perhaps you could participate in the signing of the peace treaty, if you wish. If not, we will ask that you not fight anyone in this region anymore until the treaty is signed by the main factions here."
“Alright, two questions for you: who is the peace treaty between, and why in the world would you invite a complete nobody like me to show up?”
Bat Commander: "The peace treaty is between all the factions in the Eagle territory who fought here recently; Crawlers, eagles, gorillas, forgotten, and (maybe) lions. The treaty is meant to conclude all fighting in this region, and I do believe you started fighting some Crawlers earlier."
Edgar: "Due to crimes against Eagle citizens, the Eagle tribe demands the permanent withdrawal of all Overwatch forces from Eagle territory immediately after this meeting is completed."

1. The Gorilla Tribe will apologise for the damage and loss of life caused by their monstrous attack on Eagle civilians. 2. The Gorilla Tribe will pay for the damages caused by their monstrous attack on Eagle civilians. 3. The Gorilla tribe will make reparations to the families of those who lost their lives in the monstrous attack on Eagle civilians. 4. Gorbav and those who assisted in his attack on the Eagle Spire will be removed from office. 5. The Gorbav Gun will be dismantled, and all components, blueprints, files, and any other items that would enable its reconstruction will be destroyed. 6. The Gorilla Military will refrain from entering this region. 7. All Gorilla authorities acting within Casablanche and other Gorilla towns in this region, such as police forces, will be disbanded and replaced by Eagle-run groups. 8. No Gorilla may carry a weapon within the region.

*After Yamamoto left eagle air space, a shell strikes from the Gorbav Gun in the iron mountains, the shell wasn't directed at the spire, but rather the factories and anti-air gun below, the shell was weaker than the previous by about 33%, and it was fired to destroy mainly ground based industry*
