This is the Grassy Plains of Chima. It is great for hosting all your events, battles, and tournaments. It is a large field near the edge of the Chimian Forest. Full of grass with flowers sprinkled throughout. Around the edge of the Plains are many various valuable pieces of wood lying about that are great for building. The air is plagued with a rich grassy smell that can sometimes cause allergies to kick in. Legend has it that Lions held speedor races here. Every time they used the Golden Chi to rearrange the land, it would always revert back to its original form when the next month came around, unlike other pieces of land. The grass is the same color as this font.
Here is an idea as to a view of Mt. Cavora from there might look:
It's a bit flatter behind the viewer, but it was the best view I could find.

A generic Lion soldier drives toward the plains. He stops his speedor, briefly gets off, looks around, and nods approvingly. He then gets back on his speedor and turns around, going back the way he came.
A bear work crew arrives and starts to pull out materials from scooters and speedorz. They seem to be setting up walls. But they have much more building material.

Lycor and a small group of lions drive into the plains on their speedors. Lycor instructs the lions to start building a large fence. Within the fence, the lions, under Lycor's supervision, start building a small settlement. Within about 20 minutes, the settlement slowly gets upgraded into a farm by the lions, who begin growing crops in the rich soil. The lion farm consists of 5 tents, a wooden farmhouse painted yellow, and a medium-height watchtower (the farmhouse is currently empty and the watchtower is still being built).
Around the medium sized building a bunch of little buildings are built they almost look like houses there is a barracks to the left of the large building and a vehicle garage an the right a watch tower is right next to the front gate and guards patrol the walls small businesses are near the edges of the walls. An acre outside the walls is made for flower raising and Bee farming.

The speedorz slow down and the bears get off. "It's a wonderful day isn't it. We noticed you were building a settlement out here and decided to take the liberty of making ourselves known to you. We too have a settlement about... thirty seven miles from here, maybe more maybe less. {Yaaaaawn}" He shakes his head vigorously. "Oh, excuse me. I've had a long work day. If you need anything we are willing and capable to help in any way we can. "I'm the, "head of the settlement" so to speak."

{JAMMERS! -Lions ONLY!} ''Lycor, this is Lavuras. Expand the settlement at the Plains, and ensure there are enough crops to keep the city supplied. Also, keep a look out for danger. We don't want our farms here destroyed. Lavuras out.''

Secluded from the other Chimian settlements, development begins for a small airfield. The overall design will have the air field in the center, with a border wall surrounding it. Anti-ground and air defense turrets will be mounted on the wall and other towers inside the airfield. Only a few air vehicles will be stored on the inside, but the larger part of the inside will consist of missile launchers.

Lycor replies through the radio signal:
"Yes sir. Our watchtower is now fully upgraded, and we are growing a varied array of crops. We're beginning to upgrade our fence into a wall using the iron we obtained from the settlement at the Iron Mountains."
The watchtower now has a small turret on top of its roof, and the farm house is being filled with food and supplies as the fence/wall is expanded.

The watchtower now has a small turret on top of its roof, and the farm house is being filled with food and supplies as the fence/wall is expanded.
The turret is bulked up and upgraded. Now much larger, it is capable of launching 4 missiles and 2 lasers at once. The turret takes up the entire roof of the watchtower, and can be entered through a hatch on top of the roof. It can be manned by 2 lions at once. One generic lion currently operates it, swiveling it in every direction just for fun. Lycor stands in a room inside the tower, just below the turret and roof. He looks out a window with his telescope, surveying the entirety of the plains.
The farm has greatly increased in size after all the time the lions have spent at the plains. It now spans 2 miles, and these miles are surrounded entirely by the long but short iron wall (formerly a small fence stretching less than a mile across). The wall appears easy to break through or even jump over, but 2 more lion trucks arrive from the Iron Mountains. Using the iron brought, the wall is beefed up, now becoming thicker and taller.

Work continues steadily. Walls are completely established now. Turrets begin being built as do missile launchers.
