Esgaroth
Esgaroth (often called Lake-town) was a thriving town built upon the Long Lake. The time of its construction is unknown, though descendants of the Kingdom of Dale, desolated during the rampage of Smaug, came to live there. They became prosperous and often engaged in trades with the woodelves of the Greenwood. Eventually in T.A. 2941 Smaug was awoken by Thorin and Co. and attacked the town, but was destroyed in the process. The town was later rebuilt to the north of its former location and became a part of the Kingdom of Dale under Bard II.
The town is mostly constructed of wood, with a bridge connecting it to the mainland. Additional details and modifications will be provided by whoever claims this region.
To the north, Esgaroth borders Dale, to the east, Celduin, and to the west, the Mirkwood HQ.
This region provides the usual 1,000 MWE and 100 SWE.
