Well, we aren't really doing the build times. It draws out the RP and makes it go on forever. They don't matter to me as much as OP abilities. How large are its destructive capabilities? If it can blow up Cavora, it's automatically banned.
Ok then build time will be 25 days, its not that powerful its mostly just a massive shell to safely transport troops, the canons cant move up or down so if its facing an enemy that is lower than it (like 90% of enemies) or an enemy higher than it (like a plane), then they cannot get hit by it cannons, if you re in its way well tough luck, however its so powerful and bulcky that it is very slow and that it's cannons cant rotate making any vehicle that faster than it able to get many hits on it. Any vehicle that is faster or shorter than it will wreck havoc over it, although not destroy, its extreme slowness is already a major limiting factor, if you stand from behind it you can hit it and it will take like 10 minutes for it to turn around to even try and get a hit on you, mostly an infiltration weapon, can it blow up cavora, of course not. Can it blow through the lion walls, yes.

I think it's okay, as long as you only have one or two. Also, it will take a lot of CHI to power one.
