I know how to RP (I mean I’m a Rep) but I don’t know much about how this particular RP works. Someone care to explain.
So, I shall break it down into a few steps: Step 1: Join a tribe by posting a bio for acception by the tribe leader in the desired tribe's HQ and the Character Profile Topic. Make sure any fanon stuff your character may have is approved by the Fanon Approval Committee. Step 2: After you join a tribe, follow orders from the tribe's leader and make your character do stuff on his/her own, nothing that would alter the plot too much like building a space shuttle or something right now, maybe later though after the fire and ice people leave. Step 3: Play with what your character would do, you don't really have a say over NPC's unless you are a tribe leader or you specifically bring some with you. Remain in character, don't let personal feelings get involved, and you'll be good! I think those are the main steps, you can also go rouge,and make your own side plot, follow a couple fanatical leaders and stuff like that. Those are mostly preparations for after the Fire and Ice tribes split. I think...

jjc : To make a profile, look at the first page of the topic and see the requirements. Usually you put your height, description, clothing, backstory, and weapons you use in your profile, then you add any other specifics you think would be a good addition to your character. Then you ask to be accepted by the tribal leader, which he'll usually say yes unless it's completely insane. Then, if and after the tribe accepts you, you post your character's profile in the Character Profiles Topic. Stay cool, canon, you don't have to be completely canon so you can do some things that aren't necessarily canon. Like my bears aren't completely sleepy and what not. If you have any more questions, someone will always be willing to help you out. Just post questions here to lower spam levels. Also be sure to read all the rules for the RP and the boards. And always, if possible, use desktop version of the site, it's one of the Board rules.
