Raven flies in. "I am Raida, sent by the Raven Tribe to assist in negotiations. I mean you no harm."
Raida notices a Raven NPC exit a Wolf restaurant. He pats his stomach contentedly. His eyes then nonchalantly land on you and his face lights up. "Oh! So my tribe hadn't forgotten me." He smiles broadly and makes his way over to you. "Hello, you look new." He seems very glad to see you. "We're waiting for the procrastinating Wolf leader, Wulfthra, to finish welcoming some new wolf tribe member." He grunts angrily. "I've been here for days, maybe you can help."

"Hello. I don't know what to tell you. I am quite anxious to begin negotiations."
Not at the moment...eager, aren't we? Don't worry, good things come to those who wait...
You, my yellow feathered friend, seem like the type of guy who likes quotes. I normally like those types of guys. And those types of guys come to the Quotes and Authors Chat Club. Perhaps you can make your way there as well?
Wulfthra grimaces at the rites she speaks. "That's my Wolf." He turns to the glimmering Tooth on top of the crystalline pedestal. "Seeing as you've lost your ways, surely you know of the sacrificial repentance ritual?" He wears a frown.
*She cocks her head in thought.* "But of course I remember those rituals. I had to learn them all once...the Repentance ritual...I remember multiple. Whichever one my Alpha wishes for me, I shall preform." *The eye shimmers without an inch of fear.*
Wulfthra sighs, as he really doesn't want to send her off to one after all she's been through, but duty and obedience to the mother comes before everything. "You left the tribe without fulfilling your final howl to mother. For leaving and coming back, you will have to go through the anfang trial again." He looks towards the dark red stains of all the little paws on the wall. Shard's old pawprint catches his eye. "You should remember it. You have to pledge allegiance to the Mother and imprint the wall, sacrificing your lifeblood to her."

*She smiles, for some odd reason, and rises to the wall. Slowly, her clawtip traces the pawprint before she abruptly turns to walk back towards the fang. The paw hovers over the glowing tooth for a moment, the light reflecting in the blue eye.* "May the Mother guide me forward as I serve her and her noble pack. My howl, my pelt, and my strength are all from you, and so to you I devote them, until the night the moon rises no more." *The fang flashes as it arcs downward, and Shard waits a breath before gently replacing it on the pedestal. She holds her right arm down and straight out as she walks back to the wall. Drip, drip.
Her eyes drift over the old pawprint once more time, then takes quick strides towards where the newest pawprints are.
Drip, drip.
She presses her paw hard against the wall, watching it with an almost scientific curiosity.*
"I thank you deeply for your time, Alpha. Perhaps you should go and welcome our newest pack members?"

OOC: This seems... oddly strange for some reason. When have the Wolves ever had weird rituals?

OOC: Strange is good. The Wolves have always been crazy with strength and honor and loyalty stuff. Strange, maybe, but I don't find it very farfetched at all.

The Alpha grins and heads towards the exit, gesturing for Shard to follow. "Ah, good idea Shard. I shall go and greet them now." He smiles that deadly smile.
