Cool. You can start RPing at any time. For background, the current leader of the Eagles is Erdrik, an old Eagle King who was thought to not be alive, but recently "returned" to resume his leadership. His identity as Erdrik is doubted by many in Chima, because his face is perpetually covered by a battle mask, and because his voice sounds much too young for King Erdrik's age.
Erdrik has nonetheless moved forward with his plans to wage war on the Manta Ray Empire, a tribe from lands far to the west of Chima, beyond the ocean. He's attempted, but so far failed, in convincing all the tribes of Chima to unite against the rays. Other than that, we've got the war going on between the Ice Hunters and the Fire Tribes + southern tribes (oh, and the eagles have access to fire chi, so Emmet can use that as well), but the Mammoths and Vultures have defected from the Ice Hunters, with the latter allying with the Leopards to form the Empire of Balance, a faction that is willing to fight both sides (fire and ice), for altruistic reasons. Meanwhile, the other two Ice Tribes, the Icebears and Sabertoothes, haven't made a move in a while, but had been invading the south for a time.
I think that's about all the important recent events in the Chima RP a new roleplayer should know.
Should Emmet start out in the Eagle HQ?
Don't forget you an have multiple characters at the same time, m8! Wouldn't mind to have extra notable Forgotten members on standby.
Also, there pretty much isn't a limit to how many RPCs you can have here anymore, due to the line between RPC and named NPC becoming blurred, the shrinking amount of people on the Chima RP, etc.
