OOC: Yes I am saying that, if you're willing. Only difference is that since they're "minor tribes" you don't need an organized army. It's like a refuge for outer characters like Foxes and Skunks. Over time, as a tribe, it can be upgraded into an organized HQ with ranks, vehicles, and other things like that. Here's a basic guideline for that type of HQ:

I guess you could do it like a refugee camp? If you wanted. You could have a kitchen tent, an armory tent (for weapons), and an HQ building.

Leonardo, the Wise Species: Lion Age: 63 Affiliation: Lion Kingdom. Gender: Male Personality: He is a calm, but friendly Lion. Leonardo is very clever, smart and intelligent, and enjoys chatting and socialization. Although lately, he has been spending more time in his workshop. Some say it is because he is getting old, some that it is because he has been under the spotlight lately, but whatever the reason, he still enjoys occasional visits. Appearance: He is rather old, with a grey "beard" forming and a grey mane. He normally wears tunics with a leather jacket on top, with perhaps a dark cap on.

Blitz Bridger of the Bear Tribe. Name: Blitz Bridger

Species: Bear
Appearance: Average brown bear coloring. Has a slow, strong, stalky amble. Wears a golden helmet/crown passed down through the Chiefs, and a golden heavy chi harness. Also wears mechanically enhanced bear armor underneath his chi harness to support his spine and other joints to provide longer endurance. No scars... as of yet.
Weapons: Wields a large royal chi infused golden axe passed through the royal line and will sometimes use a hammer.
Likes/dislikes: likes fishing in the streams for salmon, dislikes procrastinators.
Personality: Is calm and kind but very strict and serious at times. Manly all business to everyone else he only exposes his true feelings to his advisor. Loves quiet places where he can think and likes anyone who likes him, but he is always cautious.
Backstory: For many-years the bears have been accused of laziness and being procrastinators which has unfortunately has been true for the past years. But recently a bear named Brake Bridger assumed the leadership and saw how they had fallen behind the other tribes because of their bad-habits, so he trained his son (Blitz Bridger) to fix the problems the bears had. Since then, rules have been established to stop the problems and bears have been rising to the standard of other tribes around them in technology and wisdom.

Name:Cemnus Species:Crocodile Age:50-ish Affiliation:Crocodiles Gender:male Appearance:Cemnus is a black crocodile with a metal plate over one eye and battered armour. A tarnished grey cape flows out behind him. Weapons and gear:Heavy Crocodile armour. He also has Scornblade, a Chi-based sword with grey metal platting. Backstory:Cemnus is one of the crocodile's oldest warriors. He has had a long and distinguished career in the army, and shows no signs of stopping.
Appearance: White feathers, with dark blue on the tips of some feathers. When it comes to having to be formal, be it for diplomacy or anything, he wears a crown that comfortably fits his head, and a light blue robe with the eagle symbol in the center in full yellow. For battling, traveling, or otherwise casual wear he has a gold diamond circlet instead of a crown to show his status as royalty. He wears a light blue and brown tunic made from light yet sturdy materials, though his Chi harness covers up the tunic. He uses the same materials for his leggings as well.
Weapons & Gear: Uses a silver two handed curved blade resembling a traditional katana. The design is made more to the liking of Eagles, and the handle is longer. It was also made to be powered up with Chi, but the effects are unknown since he never used it like that. His talent in weapons do show with a bow and arrow, being quite proficient in it. Instead though, he uses chi pistols for most confrontations since he finds them more effective than a bow and arrow. These could also be powered with Chi.
Personality: Arrogant, prideful of himself and his race. A bit condescending towards flightless species in Chima, but still friendly. Also a total geek when it comes to technology and weapons.
Backstory: The circumstances of him becoming leader of the Eagle tribe remains somewhat of a mystery. Especially considering how young he is. Some say he was the son of the late king, but that's shot down by the fact citizens claim the king never had a son in the first place. Others say he just showed up one day on the empty throne and declared himself king- or rather “High Engineer Mecha Lord of the Eagles”. There's a lot of theories, but the truth is only known by Eeran and those higher in the Eagle tribe. All they know is he's a bit too ecstatic over his position.

Backstory: Gorbav doesn't reveal much of his youth, except its known that he wasn't always a white gorilla he used to be black and then grey and then he became a white gorilla. Gorbav managed to maintain much strength and an old age by becoming a pioneer in his youth of incredible healing techniques which have allowed him to heal himself and others, with his many inventions. He sees that his people are often viewed unfavourly by others so he believes in keeping utmost neutrality.

Although he had massive luxury's at his disposal he decided to put himself through tough chanllenges and much pain to become very enduring and powerful. His descendants have long passed on his company. The father of Ruble III, Ruble II is an 86 year old dark rhino with a large platinum horn, who is nearing the end of his life and is often very sick. He has married 2 times, however most of the family members as brother or sister instead of step-brother and step-sister. He has 6 brothers and 6 sisters. In descending orders of age are: Brassia (F,56), Reagan VI Sr. (M, 50), Calcia (F,45), Rivahnna (F,38), Razor II (M, 33),Rupee (F,29) Rhogan (M,26), (Then Ruble III), Reagan VI Jr / VII(M, 15), Reeda (F, 11)- twins- Reebor (M,11), Racbon (M,8), Ruba (F,6). (Now that his family is out of the way now lets continue ) Ruble III was named in honour of his father and he was the first son of Ruble II's 2nd wife.
