Unlike other less great tribes, the Gorilla tribes are a hierarchial democracy, the users choose who sits on the Peace council every Peace council member serves for 3 months, Peace council members must be atleast rank 4 to get elected. Users who are higher in the army / medical division, are allowed to give orders and are allowed to preform stronger moves.
