I have an interesting and mysterious bit of news to report... and it comes from starwars.com itself!

In their bios, it now states that "a mysterious connection seemed to link [Rey and Kylo Ren]"
Super interesting that this was randomly added to the website, considering there was no new canon info to tie the update with. It definitely seems to hint at a family relation... or possibly something bigger!

We got one set picture of the cast and crew, and I'm getting more and more excited for this movie!

This book seems to hint at the source of the Dark Side, and possibly Snoke, being from/found in the Unknown Regions (where Starkiller Base was located), which could possibly lead to another galaxy! And, Palpatine was going to travel deep into the Unknown Regions in search of this, but he died before he could travel there!
Other, funnier details from Empire's End includes showing the fate of Jar Jar post-Revenge of the Sith. He became a poor street performer. Darth Jar Jar canonically debunked (though he was still rpobably originally intended to be a Sith).

Rey, having not fully completed her training, goes to rescue her friends in The Resistance as Kylo Ren attacks. She confronts Ren, and they have a very long lightsaber duel. Kylo eventually disarms Rey, and he then tempts her to join the dark side. He then says, "Did Luke ever tell you what happened to your brother?" To which she responds, "He told me YOU killed him!" And, in reply, Kylo definitely says, "No, Rey. I am your brother."
"NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!"
Mark my words. Episode 8 will be just as much a remake of Episode 5 as Episode 7 was for 4
