If memory serves correct, Ania Solo is the great granddaughter of Han and Leia who has a nihilist view of the galaxy and is self preserving but loyal to her friends. Jao is an Imperial Knight of the Fel Empire who is a force wielder, has a warrior's code of honor, and is considered a traitor after abandoning his post to stop an assassin. The two team up to stop remerging Sith, are tempted by the dark side, accidently help the Sith in their plans, rescue each other from kidnapping. And Trandoshan Stormtroopers...can't forget the Trandoshan Stormtroopers.
It's Star Wars Legacy Comics...quite the ride. (Now I'm realizing...the Sequels should have follow this story, refine some parts if needed, but it would have been an awesome film series.)
From a certain point of view, the Disney Sequels kind of borrowed story beats for Rey and Fin.
Close, she was their great great grand daughter (I had almost forgotten Legacy existed for a bit there)
I agree, but so many stories had already been told it would be hard not to repeat legends stories in some form or fashion with the new material. For instance a child of Han and Leia turning to the darkside is a repeat, and even with the Rebels show baring a striking resemblance at first to the last of the jedi series
Yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me Really wish I didn't live in a land locked state
We pillage plunder, we rifle and loot. Oh oof! The beach is best at night time. Stand up me hearties, yo ho.
We kidnap and ravage and don't give a hoot.
Stand up me hearties, yo ho.
Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me.
That shanty has been stuck in my head so much I find myself humming it while I walk. Don't think I've ever encountered a beach after dark. I'll have to go then the next time I'm near one

I knew I missed an extra "great" somewhere.
It is easily missed in the chaos that is the Skywalker-Solo family tree
That's unfortunate. Hopefully that color of furniture will be back in stock soon. I just get whatever is the cheapest furniture, even if it doesn't match the color or style. I see. There's probably some other online platforms or social media where people sell their stuff.
Wow. That's pretty rare. I guess some things got shifted in manufacturing. LEGO Customer service is usually very good and pretty forgiving to give out replacement parts.
Nice. How custom do you think you'd go? For one of my custom minifigures I made a custom torso design, printed it out, and taped it over a generic torso I have a duplicates of. I've had that custom torso for a decade and it's surprisingly holding on quite well.
Yes, welcome to the life of an adult where you pay your own taxes and get your own groceries.
I haven't but it looks really fun. It's one of my goals in life to play all of the LEGO games and beat them to 100% completion, but I'll probably wait until there's a good sale first.
Well, cheapest certainly wouldn't have me buying from IKEA. Their cheapest is expensive enough that I would rather just pay a bit more for matching at that point. I actually had some luck in the used furniture market this week, I managed to pick up 3 shelves for $20 total... one is a nearly 7ft tall IKEA cabinet that actually matches the color I wanted in the first place. Go figure. I'll probably still order some drawers eventually, but I was super happy to get some extremely cheap solutions for now. I'll eventually sell the 2 non IKEA ones for sure, but will probably hang on to the cabinet, it's really nice.
The one time things were so messed up that even after my mom called customer service, I still didn't get all the replacement parts. We had to use the website to request what was missing. That was the Plokoon jedi starfighter, I think. Classic set
As a kid I'd use paper, pencil, tape and glue to make some fun custom accessories and designs, but those times are past me. I'll stick with official LEGO parts, just swap them among minifigures. I've become a purist
Well, the taxes and groceries I had quite gotten used to... the lack of exams and homeworks is the unusual part for me
You mean all the LEGO games on Steam / Wii (for lack of better description)... or like the ones from the early 2000s too? Seems like a couple times a year Steam has very good sales, not sure for other platforms. Of course, since this is a new game you'll have to wait a long time.
Interesting. IKEA is usually the cheapest, at least in my area. Maybe there's other places with cheaper options. That makes sense. Fantastic, that's a great deal, especially if it's in pretty decent condition too. Slowly but surely getting to a better matching set of shelves.
Wow. LEGO Customer Service isn't usually like that, though for Plo Koon's starfighter being released around 2010, perhaps customer service was quite different back then.
Ah, very nice. Classic materials for custom things. That's cool too. I'm kind of a purist. I don't mind doing custom things as long as it's reversible and doesn't do permanent damage to LEGO pieces.
I see. For me, homeworks are more of doing actual project work for the company, and exams are like any time I need to present my work to someone. I suppose it's more like a final project than an exam, but I still feel like I need to make sure I demonstrate my understanding of the material the same way.
Oh yeah, just the ones on Steam or whatever I can play on my own computer. The early 2000s games were fun, but I don't think they're playable on my computer at this point. Sometimes I'll see older LEGO games for only $5 when it's Christmas/New Years or some other big holiday. Yeah, for the Skywalker Saga it'll be a while.
