Well, cheapest certainly wouldn't have me buying from IKEA. Their cheapest is expensive enough that I would rather just pay a bit more for matching at that point. I actually had some luck in the used furniture market this week, I managed to pick up 3 shelves for $20 total... one is a nearly 7ft tall IKEA cabinet that actually matches the color I wanted in the first place. Go figure. I'll probably still order some drawers eventually, but I was super happy to get some extremely cheap solutions for now. I'll eventually sell the 2 non IKEA ones for sure, but will probably hang on to the cabinet, it's really nice.
The one time things were so messed up that even after my mom called customer service, I still didn't get all the replacement parts. We had to use the website to request what was missing. That was the Plokoon jedi starfighter, I think. Classic set
As a kid I'd use paper, pencil, tape and glue to make some fun custom accessories and designs, but those times are past me. I'll stick with official LEGO parts, just swap them among minifigures. I've become a purist
Well, the taxes and groceries I had quite gotten used to... the lack of exams and homeworks is the unusual part for me
You mean all the LEGO games on Steam / Wii (for lack of better description)... or like the ones from the early 2000s too? Seems like a couple times a year Steam has very good sales, not sure for other platforms. Of course, since this is a new game you'll have to wait a long time.
Speaking of Lego Games... While reflecting on the Skywalker Saga...has anyone noticed that Fin and Rey are much like Ania Solo and Jao Assam from Legends continuity?
As I am not familiar with Legends I can offer no opinion on the subject

Long Story Short:
If memory serves correct, Ania Solo is the great granddaughter of Han and Leia who has a nihilist view of the galaxy and is self preserving but loyal to her friends. Jao is an Imperial Knight of the Fel Empire who is a force wielder, has a warrior's code of honor, and is considered a traitor after abandoning his post to stop an assassin. The two team up to stop remerging Sith, are tempted by the dark side, accidently help the Sith in their plans, rescue each other from kidnapping. And Trandoshan Stormtroopers...can't forget the Trandoshan Stormtroopers.
It's Star Wars Legacy Comics...quite the ride. (Now I'm realizing...the Sequels should have follow this story, refine some parts if needed, but it would have been an awesome film series.)
From a certain point of view, the Disney Sequels kind of borrowed story beats for Rey and Fin.
Huh, I was not expecting that. I suppose Australia has more friendly/ less stressful? colleges than we do?
Well, there's a few reasons for this.
1. Of course, I'm not allowed to tell you WHICH university I'm going to... However, let's just say I chose a university renowned for it's inclusive culture and friendly atmosphere, rather than a prestigious one focused on academic success. I had the grades to go wherever I wanted in the country, but I chose my current uni because I didn't want to be in that unfriendly stressful culture. I have a few friends who have gone to the prestigious unis and safe to say I'm having the better experience.
2. Uni costs a lot less in Australia than it does in the US. Like, a LOT less. Probably 1/4 of the price.
3. I don't live in a dorm with other people, I live by myself. Takes that sketchy factor out of it.
4. I love the degree I'm doing (Sports science)
5. I've met so many wonderful people and am apart of many clubs!!
Yeah college here is EXpeNSIve. To the point it's not particularly worth it if you have jobs already lined up. Yeah lots of people is not a cup of tea imo. That's good! Yay always good when the people you meet are not jerks.

Close, she was their great great grand daughter (I had almost forgotten Legacy existed for a bit there)
I agree, but so many stories had already been told it would be hard not to repeat legends stories in some form or fashion with the new material. For instance a child of Han and Leia turning to the darkside is a repeat, and even with the Rebels show baring a striking resemblance at first to the last of the jedi series
