What's my favourite cheese?
I like comté, any vintage, edam, blue, Dutch Smoked and Gouda... Actually, I think it's easier to list what I don't like. I eat pretty much all types bar feta (too salty) and tasty (not tasty). I'm a diary person... Full cream milk and cheese are the best. So long as you eat it in moderation... As with everything.

If the spam is frying pan first, anyway. I've never tried cold spam, I don't know if I want to. Fried spam is scrumptious, however.

The only kind of cheese I really don't like is pepper jack. Although I don't like Swiss that much either, it's too bland.

In no specific order, I like mild cheddar, mozzarella, swiss, Parmigiano, American, asiago, Monterrey jack, pepper jack, gouda, Oaxaca, colby, queso blanco, provolone, mascarpone, ricotta…
Basically anything other than brie, feta, and blue.

You put it in a pan? Wow, I've never done that. I use it as a weird ham substitute on my sandwiches. You just need to cut it thinly.
