Minas Morgul, the Tower of Dark Sorcery in the tongue of men, was a great stronghold for the follwers of Galdron the Dark in the Third Age.
Originally it was Minas Ithil, Tower of the Moon, the twin city of Minas Arnor. It was taken by Servants of Darkness, and all was banished.
It borders the Morgul Vale to the west and Cirith Ungol to the east.
It provides 10, 000 MWE to Mordor.
Any HQ that captures it will gain 5, 000 MWE, but only 3, 000 can be regenerated once slain in battle.
