Nulled. The perma death rule is not in effect yet and red star revival is not require. Additionally, the kestora are all dead and revival is currently unavailable.
Null nulled. Just because a rule is not in effect does not mean revival on the Red Star isn't the canonically correct thing to do.
Though it may not be correct, he still cannot be revived here due to the kestora being all dead for the time being.
Canonically, yes. Don't let VF tell you what to do.
This is an issue that requires more than input from you nor me. I say this is to be nulled and have gone to ask Greg Farshtey for an answer to how revival on the red star works. As per previous conversations about nulling actions, this act is nulled until a complete and final answer as to why it shouldn’t be nulled is determined. Such an answer can be delivered by Greg.

Or we can cut to the chase and just say that some Kestora survived.

Eric appears in the Red Star and moves past the busy and repaired Kestora. He approaches the Obedient Matoran who informs him of the recent events. He dismisses it and takes Obedient Matoran over to the area that holds the corpses to be revived. He takes them one by one to be revived, and uses Obedient Matoran's powers to run tests on each of them. He's looking for one with something that grants mental shielding, as painful headaches are something he'd like to avoid.
He eventually comes across a species whose horns have the ability to deflect mental attacks. He kills the being and takes the horns. He then opens a portal to Xia, and steps through.

(Stormchaser sees this)
“That guy?”
(After Eric leaves, he spots some Kestora carrying a sleeping Kane-ra bull to the teleporter. He throws a random chunk of metal at it and it wakes up. It goes on a rampage and creates a distraction, allowing Stormchaser to enter the repair room)

OOC: That can’t happen, as Rahi aren’t revived on the Red Star.

Stormchaser in successful in defeating any nearby Kestora. He may be outnumbered and slightly weak from his recent revival, but his wings are effective shields and he is better at combat than the Kestora. He turns his attention to any revived matoran in the room and raises his energy blade in a threatening manner.
After a length of time with no answers, Stormchaser is losing his patience. A Kestora who was thought to be dead speaks up and Stormchaser pins him against a wall. “You got any answers for me?” “We are in the red star. We repair people.” “You mean you bring them back to life?” “Yes.” “What was Eric doing here? Did he get smashed to?” “He is our master.” “That guys your master!?” “Yes” The kestora is thrown across the room and points Stormchaser is the direction of the teleporter. After getting another energy blade and filling a trolly with various scrap, electronics and a random matoran he marches down the corridors to the teleporter.

Obedient Matoran sees someone hurting the important Kestora around, and telekinetically hurls Stormchaser into the teleportation device. He lands somewhere in the MU, without any of the scraps he has gathered in the trolley, but anything he was carrying was taken with him. Obedient Matoran then fixes the Kestora.
