Zakaz is a small island to the east of the Southern Continent, and is home to the Skakdi race. The race was modified by a renegade Makuta who has since been ostracized, and all of its inhabitants have been augmented with power -- but turned violent and useless as a result. The Skakdi that live here exist in separate factions, ruled by warlords. They can hardly stand each other, however, and are just plain miserable in general.

Makatu Ornirax shoved a Skakdi to the side, battered three more with Cyclones, and continued to hate his job as Makuta of Zakaz. The only thing he did all day was battle Skaldi tribes that were trying to battle a different Skakdi tribe. Thankfully, he never lost, but it was still a brutal, tiring, and painful job.
He dodged a blow, struck back with a hook blade, and jumped onto a rock. He seized control of the nearest plant life he could find and bent it to his will, forming a spiny barrier between him and the raging Skakdi hordes. Immediately, he began to concentrate. Soon, the majority of his mental power was focused on one thing: a Vacuum. When he had decided that its power was sufficient, he released a barrage of hurricane-force winds on everything in front of him. The Skakdi were blown in every direction, and even their warlike minds knew that they had been beaten. Reluctantly, the angry hordes retreated.
"I hate this job! Why couldn't I stop something that actually has a reason to break the peace instead of these idiotic warmongers?"
Disgusted, Ornirax returned to his outpost where he would rest before the next clan war broke out.

When Makuta Ornirax returned to his outpost, he was confronted with a towering Skakdi -- and it is sitting on Ornirax's chair.
"I hate to pry like this, especially when faced with a being of your power -- but I couldn't help but notice you're blowing quite a few of us up." The Skakdi remained seated where he was, unusually calm and civilized for a member of his species. "What if I told you, there is a chance that you wouldn't have to do this anymore?" The words curled from his teeth in a way only a Makuta trying to be diplomatic could emulate. Through this all, the Skakdi remained seated, his legs crossed as he lounged around almost arrogantly, but not quite.

OOC: By the way LegoBuilder -- might I just say that right off the bat, you're doing an incredible job at roleplaying this Makuta. Not many people would have thought to start on Zakaz!

"And how, may I ask, could you override the authority of the Great Spirit?"
"The Great Spirit?" Vazrudakaan hadn't even considered the possibility of such an act, but quickly dismissed it. "To try and usurp the universe itself would be madness. Oh no, no, no. I merely mean to put down the unruly brutes with which you fight every single day. I believe I have the means to end our little conflicts, you see. You'd like that, wouldn't you? Bring the warlords to me. Each of them. I will do the rest, if you are willing, Makuta of Zakaz."

"Very well. I will go along with this little game of yours, Skakdi. I will have the warlords here by sundown." He walks out of the outpost.
Usurp the universe, he thinks. Madness indeed, but think of the power it would give me. He shakes the thought of his head and begins teleporting around Zakaz, telling the warlords to either gather at his outpost or witness his full power unleashed. Soon, the warlords are gathered outside the outpost. They are fighting with each other, as usual.

OOC: Do you have a bio for Vazrudakaan?
OOC: I did have a profile for him, but I wasn't able to post it, and I'm a bit lazy to write it out again give it a day or so. XD
IC: Vazrudakaan tells Ornirax to bring each warlord before him separately, one at a time. And to throw them all into a cage once he's done with them.

IC: The first warlord is thrown into the room and immobilized with a Statis Field from Ornirax.
OOC: In order to get on with the Convocation, just assume that the same is done to each of the warlords.

OOC: The meeting that has been called is not necessarily the Convocation.
IC: Vazrudakaan unleashes his pain stare at each successive warlord. When they're thrown out, they are in a subdued, traumatized state, as if the aggression had been literally sucked out of them.
"It seems I've revealed your true weakness then, haven't I? You can't stand pain!! I wonder what your peoples will think once they've seen what I've reduced you to! AAAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!"

"Well, they won't be fighting for at least a day or two. It'll take that long for a few more Skakdi to take their places as warlords. At least I have time to leave this blasted piece of rock for a few days." He turns to the warlords. "If any of you start a war while I am gone, I will turn this island into a smoking heap of rubble and turn you pathetic excuses for warriors into a wall hanging!"
Ornirax walks back into his house and teleports to Destral.

"You... realise of course, you've brought all my opposition before me, and allowed me to install myself as supreme leader of all Skakdi... right? ...you're not very bright for a Makuta. Aren't you?"

Ornirax reappears, and he is not happy. "My threats are never empty, Skakdi. If you take over this island, I will return once again with my brothers, and we will make you pay for your insurrection. I'm fairly certain that I could convince Makuta Inharax to loan me some of his precious Visorak. You've probably heard of them. Do not challenge my authority, and do not anger a Makuta." Before he leaves, he captures Vazrudakaan in a stasis field.
OOC: According to Biosector, a Stasis Field is near-permanent. Unless Vazrudakaan has some power to get out of it, he's not going anywhere.
OOC2: Please stop calling me back to Zakaz during the Convocation.

"Are you kidding me? I've literally brought peace to this island -- the factions are united, and these brutes will have no choice but to obey me, the one true Skakdi warlord!"
Outraged at Ornirax's stupidity, two Skakdi of iron walk into the room and have Ornirax punch himself.
"RELEASE ME AT ONCE!!! I'VE DONE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED YOU IDIOT!!!"

OOC: Wait, what? Vazrudakaan didn't call Ornirax back, he was just pointing out something incredibly obvious to him as he was leaving XD Also, logically speaking, how can this be viewed as an insurrection? Vazrudakaan has JUST single handedly ended the warring that Ornirax was complaining about.
