Name: Orcorix
Species: Makuta
Appearance: 3 heads, six arms, black armor with red streaks, 14 feet tall.
Kanohi: Olmak, inter dimensional gates (on center head) Jutlin, corruption (on left head) Mohtrek, time duplication (on right head)
Powers: 42 makuta powers plus shadow elemental control
Weapons/Tools: Various melee weapons he has picked up from defeated opponents. He carries a battle ax, a spiked club, a two handed sword as tall as an average toa (in two of his right hands), a spiked chain, and a long spear. His armor has been heavily modified to include power lance technology, meaning any power he uses is automatically amplified. He has two shoulder mounted rocket launchers that can be charged with his powers, and rocket boosters on his back and feet to give him flight.
Personality: He has several, all vying for control constantly. This makes it hard for him to concentrate on any one thing. Often his heads will argue with each other. One of the only things that his personalities can agree on is that they all want to destroy everything in their path. If anyone can calm his chaotic mind he will usually help them out of gratitude, regardless of their allegiance.
I assume this one was created by Emarcee as well? If not, I'm going to need something of a valid reason for Mata Nui to create a massive Makuta since he doesn't seem like the type to use shadow hand a lot to gain such mass.
*blinks* because why not? ._.
...-_-
For real if he's that dumb then he can eat rocks if that's all you care about Kllyann. My lands that is petty.

Name: Zahra Alias: The Black Rose Species: Toa/Johmakian Fusion Element: Plantlife (Shadow taught) Powers: Zahra has an uncanny power to sense where things are, despite not being able to actually see. She also has taught herself the art of Shadow, the non-elemental power that even Vortixx can wield. She can also separate into a cloud of green crystals, which can curiously grow into their own bodies if allowed. She can also release Poison. She also has telepathy, although she doesn't know she has telepathy. Kanohi: Zahra wields a a Crast and a Felnas. Weapons/Tools: Zahra wields a set of throwing knives (which teleport back to her after thrown in a bit), a set of grenades (including smoke bombs and sticky bombs, as well as bombs that combust even more violently than regular grenades, she affectionately calls them Cherry Bombs). Zahra also wields a staff, and a Cordak Launcher. Appearance: Zahra is tall, with a nymph like structure. Her armor is black and various shades of darker greens, with burning red eyes. Personality: Curious, inquisitive and somewhat obnoxious, Zahra holds an innocent like quality to her. Despite her innocence, she is actually quite malevolent and cruel, despite that not being her intent. She's simply curious! Oh, and Zahra has a hatred for Visorak. For reasons. Yet.. Sometimes, Zahra actually shows a very keen intellect, as if aware of things occurring, that she shouldn't know. When this happens, her personality is somewhat shifted, she becomes more resentful and bitter. Backstory: Zahra was created by Makuta Zenila, in a curious attempt to experiment with creating sentient life, using a Johmakian by the name of Solaros for reference. The floral Makuta accidentally nicked herself on a rose while doing her experiments, yet she never paid much attention to it. Zenila's goal, to create a rahi, which happened to have the same ability of the Johmakians, to separate into a bunch of crystals. Despite never creating a rahi before, Zenila was determined to give it that ability, as well as a poisonous cloud for defensive purposes. When carrying a tray of things over to her work station, including some basic components to create what is a Matoran, and some Energized Protodermis, a whispering, seductive, enthralling voice echoed in Zenila's head. Zenila, entranced, drifted towards the Johmakian. Levitating the plant, which still bore the droplets of antidermis, she laid the plant on the Johmakian. Zenila, still enraptured in her trance, poured the other ingredients, as if to create a matoran, but then poured the vial of Energized Protodermis. I have returned from the inactive side of the force. I don't remember any of my characters except Makuta Thernolenos, but makuta are boaring, so voila
Name: Lokkinci Species: Kra/Ce Toa Kanohi: Mask of Scavenging Weaponry: Stolen Hagah Spear and Hagah Shield Other: Thernolenos' Toa Hagah read his mind and turned on him because of the Plan. Thernolenos thought it would be pointless to simply execute the toa, and so used her as a test subject for shadow leeches. His most recent batch nearly turned her into a full-on shadow toa, but Inharax's most recent horrendous experiments distracted the makuta just long enough for Lokkinci to kill the leech with her powers and fade into Illusion, escaping into the halls of Destral.
Well, Turaga wear robes, and certain beings wear capes. Clothing definitely exists in the MU -- but since it is not needed, it is more cosmetic than anything else. Amongst Turaga, maybe it's a status symbol, an honor bestowed upon them for their sacrifice and hard work. To the Vortixx, assuming any of them would wear robes or capes and the like -- maybe they're just trying to express their sense of style or appearance. I don't think its too far fetched, especially considering that Xia is an extremely wealthy and industrial civilization. I mean, weaving and tailoring are industry. So the question is not whether Vortixx wear robes, the question is would a given Vortixx wear robes.
I have no idea how I forgot that Turaga wear robes since I've seen Dume wear a robe.
Also, I'm perfectly fine with clothing in this RP, as long as it doesn't get too human-like (i.e. jeans and a t-shirt).

Update: Zahra also carries a barbed broadsword, which has acid + poison.
Fun fact; Zahra was inspired when I listened to Froot by Marina and The Diamonds, in fact, 80% of her is from Froot. 10% is from another song by Marina and The Diamonds, and the last 10% was inspired, interestingly enough, by Nicki Minaj and Rihanna's song "Fly". Make of this what you will

My bad, a Johmakian is a member of Johmak's Species.

Name: Mortraz Race: Fire Glatorian Kanohi: Presently none, but is easily capable of using them. Powers, Weapons, and Equipment: Mortraz is something of a tinkerer, having crafted, modified, and reverse-engineered all sorts of technology found within the Matoran Universe. His present arsenal of equipment is vast, and he is constantly working to make more in his secluded workshop.
His twin energy swords emit a concentrated and contained beam of raw elemental energy, shaped into a razor-edged blade so sharp that even protosteel is like butter. The hilts can also shift the raw energy into any elemental form to suit multiple utilities to create a blade made fire, water, rock, protosteel, plasma, etc.
To compliment his melee weapons, he wields a powerful sniper rifle that generates ammunition in exactly the same manner as the blades.
Despite his strong, Toa-like stature, Mortraz isn't a fan of pain. Rather than covering his face with the bulk of a Kanohi, he engineered the passive shielding power of the Great Hau into a small device that he implanted into himself, granting him instant protection against any physical attack that he foresees.
His manual dexterity may be near perfect, but sometimes the physical limitations of five fingers get in the way of crafting more intricate gadgets. To solve this problem, he did it again and engineered the telekinetic power of the Great Matatu into more small devices, which he grafted into both of his arms. Not only can he design and craft to his heart's content, but he can also move aside any objects that inconvenience him.
At some point Mortraz got annoyed at how he had to make the long journey back to his workshop every time he ventured into the world. So he did it a third time... except with an Olmak. The shaky conversion process of such a powerful Kanohi wound up costing the power to travel to other dimensions, but he can still open very loud, conspicuous gates in spacetime to quickly reach exact location he knows about. Now if only he could gain access to a Makuta's power of teleportation...
Having such a strong, trained mind pays off. Ain't no telepath gonna shut him down.
Sometimes you need to be able to arrive, fight, and flee in style. To suite these needs, Mortraz built himself a wicked set of wings that he likes to call the Doom Buggy. This large, Axalara-esque, sky-bike vehicle is clad front to back in protosteel plating, and is absolutely loaded with six large canons mounted to the hull, all of which share the same elemental attributes as his sniper... except the generated ammunition is obviously much bigger. Because Mortraz hates his beauty getting scratched, the Doom Buggy comes complete with Hau shielding itself, which only becomes active when he links himself into the cockpit. Mortraz may be smarter than most, but his favorite homemade concoctions often leave his mad driving skills compromised. To compensate, he has several more Doom Buggies back at the garage.
And finally (for now), when he's faced with an ultra-sticky situation, Mortraz has the ability to summon Marendar through a gate. No, not the Marendar. His own way-cooler self-designed super robot named Marendar. This 30-foot-tall behemoth was once a lowly Exo-Toa until the Glatorian got his grubby hands on it and a brakas-load of protosteel and firepower. Loaded with ultra-advanced A.I., Hau shielding, extra-reinforced protosteel plating, oversized Cordak launchers everywhere, and wielding an absolutely ridiculous elemental greathammer, this guy is gonna give even Mortraz's more powerful opponents a rough time. He's Mortraz's only friend. It's kinda sad.
Personality: A deeply scarred veteran of the Core War, Mortraz is something of an intellectual genius. Within the alien world of the Matoran Universe, many would consider him a bit too smart for his own good. He stowed away in the Great Spirit Robot for the sole purpose of getting away from his desolate homeworld and traveling the stars in search of a new, more interesting one to waste away on. Except he has no idea how to gain access the GSR's brain, and no way to know where he'd end up if he left the great vessel. Forlorn and aloof, he passes time collecting and tinkering with the various gadgets and gizmos scattered across the MU. He grows his own food from the seeds of what rations he brought with him and makes his own drink, the latter of which tends to have an ill effect on him. Every day cycle spent here is just another one wasted in the long, lonely life of Mortraz. Losing his concern for anything, he's been getting more and more reckless, venturing to all sorts of places and making all kinds of enemies.

Gonna have to say put the sword and sniper through the FAC, Glatorian cannot use Kanohi so the bolded shouldn't be there
The italicized and bolded I'm going to have to say needs to be voted on. We aren't allowing, as you so aptly put it, 'impenetrable' minds. While I assume he learned his mental shield from studying Ce-Matoran, otherwise I'm going to have to insist you give an actual answer as to how he has a mental shield, especially one of the caliber you have boasted to me.
Also, uh, Marendar will definitely need to go through the FAC. Same with his Doom Buggy.
Yeah, almost all of this needs to go through the FAC.
And what is this 'garage'?
Also, uh, can we have a real backstory instead of jumbled parts spread across? Makes for us to understand much better, because I have nothing as to WHY he's been in the MU, nothing as to how he did all this kanohi-tech (which I'm against, especially hau-tech)
Tl;dr Really, just put all his weapons through the FAC, including the Doom Buggies and Marendar. Also, elaboration on what the 'garage' is, and a backstory would probably help out quite a bit.

Name: Reaver Species: Modified Maxilos Unit Official Species Designation: E-70* Advanced Prototype** Mask: Olmak Powers and Equipment: Reaver possesses with him a weapon called a WPR or Weaponized Protodermis Rifle. This rifle has a scoping barrel, capable of switching between long range or close range and fires balls of protodermis at a high velocity, effectively functioning as any other rifle. Reaver also has an extendable bladed weapon, when not in use it becomes the size of a dagger and can extend to be the length of a sword when in combat. Reaver’s armor is specially crafted out of various Kanoka disk combinations. Such combinations allow him to use Hau shielding, Matatu telekinesis, Kakama speed, and Jutlin “weakening”. History: An Old Vortixx Creation, Reaver was made when the need for a more advanced combat unit was considered appropriate. He was made by stripping a Maxilos unit of its internal workings, CPU, and armor. Using the stripped Maxilos as a base, it was eventually tuned into the warrior known as Reaver.
Note: The Kanoka infused armor that allows for additional powers is legal as per some other RPCs in this RP and old conversation in the FAC topic.
*The E-# naming convention is just an Easter egg. I like it for consistency for any Xian designed robot. Don’t get hot under the collar, YJF.
**Advanced Prototype label indicates that this unit is the sole entity that possesses this profile. As such, he is the only E-70 to have the aforementioned abilities and the only E-70 that will exist in the RP.

Ah, I see even the great peg-legged ninja has decided to tackle Great Beings (he has clearly shown the intelligence and ingenuity required to perform the feats that many Great Beings perform, thus why I classify him as such) :3
Given that Emarcee has cracked teleportation, and Mortraz hasn't, I can see an... interesting, relationship between the two developing in the near future. :3
The profile and the way you describe him make for a ridiculously intriguing character -- expect a visit from the Queue of Em soon
What's a Johmakian? This is the first time I've seen any sort of reference to them.
My bad, a Johmakian is a member of Johmak's Species.
This is the precise reason why I suggested you not say "Brutakkan" when you can say "Brutakka's species". It's a bigger logical leap to say "Johmakian" than to call it what it actually is -- a member of Johmak's unnamed species.
I assume this one was created by Emarcee as well? If not, I'm going to need something of a valid reason for Mata Nui to create a massive Makuta since he doesn't seem like the type to use shadow hand a lot to gain such mass.
*blinks* because why not? ._.
Actually. An update on this answer.
Since Makuta are gaseous, they, in essence, lack any physical form. The suits of protosteel armor created for them by the Nynrah Ghosts are as empty mascot costumes waiting to be inhabited by its owner. Since Tahtorak is so unintelligent, he probably couldn't think of what he wanted his new body to look like. The rest of the Brotherhood at large likely took this opportunity to commission a far larger, deadlier body for him than they would have otherwise. Knowing Tahtorak is so stupid, they likely knew that they would be able to easily manipulate him without him posing a threat to them. No other Makuta would be trusted with a body as large as Tahtorak's -- except Tahtorak himself, because the Brotherhood knows he's too idiotic to pose a threat to them, much less have the thought occur to him to pose a threat. He usually acts on emotion alone, and if he doesn't have a good reason to say "no" to something, he doesn't say "no" to it.
