The Three Faces of Insanity
The Darkness, The Silence, The Madness
I'm just gonna say this now, Axarella is somewhat of a joke character, given her 4th Wall Awareness and what-not, but she's still pretty serious of a character.
Name: Axarella (you get to cash in a favor if you can spot where Axarella hails from, initially) Alias: The Madness Species: Tobdukian (Tobduk's Species) Element: None Powers: Fear Absorption, Disintegration and Regeneration (check backstory), she also has limited teleportation (limited to by sight or places she's been to), Mental Protection (I'll explain down below). Kanohi: Axarella uses the Pyros, Mask of Flames. Weapons/Tools: Axarella uses two long handled, large axe-scythes (axe like scythes), with startling proficiency. They are simple and elegant. She also has a bunch of bombs and grenades, a machine gun, a bazooka/rocket launcher, a rifle and a pair of pistols, which are hidden somehow beneath her armor, her axes being the only visible weapons, which are affixed to her back, looking like wings usually. Appearance: Axarella is quite tall, with a slim, streamlined look. Her armor being of a silver and black, with flaring red eyes. Her svelte appearance contrasts her large axes in a pleasing manner. Personality: Axarella is utterly insane, and she adores every moment of it. Be it causing a riot in a a tavern, burning down the coliseum, to even simply freaking someone out with her smile, it's always a fun time for Axarella. Every moment is a fun one for her, and if it's not, she'll make it one. Her absolute insanity makes psychic communication with her extremely painful, to the point that even the most skilled of psychics can barely access her mind lest they succumb to her madness. Backstory: Axarella, from the moment she was brought into existence, had a grin etched into her face. Everywhere she went, she was causing chaos and anarchy, driving people insane. She also used her axes quite often. To her, it was all just a silly game. None of them truly existed. They were all pawns, figments of someone's imagination, which caused her to be denounced as 'mad', by several of the turaga's she met. Inspiring fear, Axarella learnt to grow in strength from fear. She became a scary story for matoran everywhere, little did they know their terror fed her. Once, she stumbled across a device which gifted her new abilities, such as her rapid regeneration or disintegration or even teleportation. Axarella met two other insane beings, and thus, the Three Faces of Insanity were born.
Name: Khetae Alias: The Silence Species: Toa Element: Sonics Powers: Sleep, Stasis, Pain Removal (can remove the FEELING of pain, but not the cause). Kanohi: Khetae dons the Faxon and Hau. Weapons/Tools: Khetae wields a bow and arrow set, as well as a whip. Khetae's arrows can be barbed, toxic, snaring (energy web and slow), trapping (slow/stasis), flaming, hydra (splits into many arrows in the air), explosive and more. Appearance: Khetae is of relatively average height, with black and golden armor. His eyes are an enthralling red color. He has a lean build. Personality: Khetae is serious, and very stubborn. He doesn't talk, if he can help it, finding it wasteful. The only times he opens his mouth is for food, or screams. Khetae is no-nonsense, and very much the opposite of Axarella. Backstory: Unknown

The FAC is designed for fanon, not if profiles that have fanon in them are okay. I explained how Axarella got her abilities, and if you want I can elaborate even further, but I find it asinine to place them in the FAC, when said FAC is not meant for such things.
Which reminds me, since Rocka left, and the rep isn't in the FAC anymore, shouldn't we hold elections?

AMAKKA
Name: Amakka. Species: Makuta. Kanohi: Kiril. Element: Shadow. Powers: Makuta powers. Speciality of Shadowhand. Tools: Pulse bolt steel type-1 (shaped) blades. Barbed wire wrapped knuckles. Character: Amakka is a Makuta who specializes in crafting weapons even more then he does rahi. When he does make rahi, they are usually designed for war. In battle he will stick to a mild sense of honor, believing that his opponent should be smashed fairly. His tactical intelligence and political knowledge is admirable, but his strength and stamina are above even a Makuta's standards. He is also one of the few beings who knows how to craft with protosteel (or at least, after the Makuta evolve and need better suits. He intends to steal the secret from the contracted Nynrah). His assigned region is Stelt. Backstory: He did oppose the rise of Makuta Anakritis, but he was busy working on casting a new memory altering scepter. When Makuta Valix rose to power, Amakka was once again absent, only this time he was content with staying in his forge.
