Is there any chance that timer can be lengthened?
There might be, but I'm not sure. We don't want it long, because users could cheat moderation by changing their post after it had been approved.

Yes. It should only be used for communication with staff. As they are private, we cannot moderate the messages, so we cannot verify that they are appropriate. Thus, we cannot allow them.

You can report a post by clicking the gear box in the top right hand corner of the post and click "Report Post" .

No, I meant on a user. I believe they, as a rep, cannot do their job as well as they should.
