A question I would ask before I move forward with my story: what is the mods' stance on the word 'kill'? (in proper context of course, such as a character in a story being 'killed')
The reason I'm asking this is because I'm wondering if I'll need to censor myself as much as I did on the LMBs, or if the rules on the dreaded 'k' word have loosened up a little in this environment.

Why is LotR the only board where users can make polls? Well, I haven't looked at all of them, but what I'm trying to ask is, why can't we make polls on most of the boards, when we can on LotR?

I can't figure out how to attach a file i tried all the buttons along the top row and from what i could figure out they all needed a link or something... I also tried dragging the file into the message but it just took over the tab... i'm sorry if there's an obvious answer or something i just can't figure it out...

I was mistaken when I said you can attach a file, you'll need to use a link to the image on the internet. Sorry for the confusion.

May I ask why you would prefer to have no rank? I'm not sure there's any good way to do so, and I wouldn't want to give one user something different from everyone else.

When I really became a part of the community of the LMBs, a lot of people judged others by their ranks. I really did not appreciate that. :/
