The River Adorn
Together with the river Angren the Adorn formed the western border of the Kingdom of Rohan. The triangle of land between the Isen, Adorn, and the White Mountains was nominally part of the Kingdom of Rohan, but in the late Third Age it was a contested area between the Rohirrim and the Dunlendings.
This region borders Druwaith Iaur, Dunland, the Gap of Rohan, and the Enedwaith.
It grants 1,000 MWE as usual.

Yeah, I posted this before I realized you were trying to simplifiy the Roleplay, not just reboot it. We can figure out how we're doing this.
