Welcome to the Northern Ered Luin!
Also known as the Blue Mountains, the Ered Luin once stretched unbroken between Beleriand and Eriador. The cataclysmic end of the War of Wrath, however, broke the range in two parts, separated by the Gulf of Lune. This topic is for the northern section of the mountain range.
Long inhabited by the Firebeard and Broadbeam clans of dwarves, many migrated at the end of the 1st Age. However, other dwarves returned following the loss of Khazad-Dum. While most of these dwarves probably left after the re-taking of Erebor, it is almost certain that at least a few stayed.
To the west, this region borders Forlindon. To the south, it borders the Grey Havens. To the east, it borders Evendim. It has a small border with Forochel to the north-east, and a short coastline to the north.
It provides the standard 1,000 MWE for claiming. I'm not sure about the 100 NWE, given the size of its coastline, so ask at the RPDT if you're unsure.
