{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Well, I certainly think that was mostly over-analyzing. Although I have been suspecting something.
So, Rhun will more than likely try to storm to the west. They may send a small army to aid Mordor and Harad with Gondor, but for the most part they will try to crush us, primarily targeting the Iron Hills and accumulating as many regions as they can. Harad, as you said, may send a small force to aid them, but nothing substantial. My main concern, though, is Mordor. Yes, they will try to wipe out Gondor, but they already have troops from Harad, Umbar, Rhun, and Minas Morgul to help with that, so they can easily keep Gondor busy while being able to devot troops to other campaigns. The big one I see is a southern front against our eastern HQs, going to assist Dol Guldur and Rhun. Rhun would likely throw most of their troops at the Iron Hills, making KK's plan against Gundabad compromised, and also keeping Dale busy in Rhovanion/Celduin. Harad can assist them with this as well. Then Dol Guldur and Mordor will be preoccupied with Central Mirkwood and some other nearby regions. And with Mordor's aid (which I believe could be around 5-8k MWE, give or take), Dol Guldur can also assist Moria by attacking Lorien, forcing 8L to fight on two fronts there.
So that's something I though up recently, and I wouldn't be surprised if something like this occurs. Or maybe Mordor doesn't do anything to the north and focuses primarily on Gondor, maybe Rohan. Just speculation, but if any of you have thoughts on this, I'd be interested.
And I'd be willing to do your IDEA, KK. You get to assign regions to everyone, though.
{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Even if it is mere overanalyzation, there's still a chance that I could be right out of mere coincidence.
Let's hope that that's not what they have planned. But should that be the case, I think we'll still manage. The Iron Hills are strong, and I have complete faith that they'll be able to hold Rhun and Harad back for quite some time. It shouldn't affect the invasion of Gundabad. And if Rhun sends most of its troops to the Hills, then that's all the better for us. That would leave Dale free to do whatever they want, including securing Rhovanion and then holding back Mordor's expansion northwards. As for Lorien, hopefully the Beornings will be able to help prevent that.
If everyone's willing to do their part, then I'll figure out a way to assign regions.
{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} I doubt Harad will march north at the start of the RP. Perhaps later, but not right off the bat. I'll be able to claim a lot of regions on Day One, whereas Harad can only claim a few in the south. Without Harad, I would be on equal terms with Shamrock and would have a better chance of winning.
{JAMMERS! -Forces of Good- ONLY!} MM just asked what Defences I have at Dale. At fist glance this would appear that he is planning on attacking Dale. But he may just be doing this to throw us off. I'm going to keep my normal amount of Troops at Dale, as I think I can hold them off until reforcement arive. But if they do attack, I would like some help from Mirkwood to attack them from behind and to distroy a large enemy force. I shouldn't need any more than 3000 MWE at most. And could do with less. Thanks!
{JAMMERS! -Good- ONLY!} If they do end up doing that, I will probably be able to send at least 1,000 MWE (possibly closer to 2,500 MWE depending on the situation at the time). My plan is to send around 15,000 MWE to Central Mirkwood, 1,000 MWE to the west to claim the Wilderland and possibly press on the Vales afterwards. And 8L, I want you to send small forces from Lorien to claim the Gladden Fields, Vales, and Celebrant while you devote most of your forces to holding back Moria. Sound good?

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Eh, I suppose it's at least worth being prepared for.
Indeed. Though I think Mordor could still be a greater threat than we anticipated. With the evil HQs outnumbering us in the south, they will probably want to move northward while all the other southern HQs swarm Gondor. They'd still be in a good situation down there. And honestly, I think we need to come up with a better plan down there, because that's just adifficult situation, and we need to figure out some way to aid Gondor...
{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} MM's clearly formulating something, but others seem somewhat nonchalant about it, whatever it is. He may have some master plan in mind, but I don't think the others are in it wholeheartedly.
Or at least be prepared to redirect them. I'm still going to be sending most of Erebor's troops to Gundabad, but I will leave a few at Erebor for reinforcements. Fortunately, a little toy/water feature that I've designed into the Mountain should help it to be defended with only a mere skeleton crew, so I'm not too concerned about that. You should also move South with your troops as before, but be prepared to swing back up north with a few to flank Thrawn and MLB (assuming that Harad joins the fun ). LB should also still move to the Forodwaith, but be prepared to set up a defense at the Iron Hills.
I'm going to make a lake around Dale, so that should make it easy to defend too. That's what I'm planning on doing. I want to fight a mostly defincive battle. Should I still plan on attacking Dol Guldor? Or just focus on taking down Rhun?
{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Good luck with that. You're going to have to spend a lot of time making those modifications. Focus on Rhun, then move towards Dol Guldur if they become a problem.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Let the Beornings take the Wilderland, and perhaps the Vales too. They should be going straight to the High Pass, which will involve passing through the Wilderland. They're also right next to the Vales, and should have a few more spare troops than Lorien. Actually, it might be best that they both go for the Vales since Tuvok will likely move there also.
{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Even if it is mere overanalyzation, there's still a chance that I could be right out of mere coincidence.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} I think that's where communication and adaptation will have to come into play. We really don't know what Mordor will do, so we'll have to wait for them to make the first move, then react as best we can. You know, once things quiet down in the East, either I or 8L might be able to sneak around and strike either Mordor's or Harad's backside. One of us could sneak through southern Rhun (away from any barracks) and go through the gap in Mordor's eastern side, or go down and strike Harad.

{JAMMERS! -Good- ONLY!} Not really, all I need to do is to build a dam on the river running, and than I make the lake, then just let the river flow like normal.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Well, I certainly hope Gondor will hold out, they're the only thing we've got to distract Moror from attacking us. On a side note, it seems like evil has not made any coordinated, overall plan yet based on some recent posts there. So hopefully that plays to our advantage.
YES, that sounds perfect! I'll do whatever I can to aid you guys in doing that if it ever becomes possible.

{JAMMERS! -Good- ONLY!} In the hobbit AUJ, there was a sceen where the people of Dale where fleeing from Smaug, and they where running over a bridge which I presume may have been over a lake. Plus we would have had years to have built defiences.
