{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} KitKat, are you planning on attacking Gundabad from the north or south? Because if you plan to attack from the south, I can send ~500 MWE of archers to assist you if you'd like. I won't need that many archers for Central Mirkwood anyway, since I'll be fighting in a more confined area.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} South. I'm not sure I'll need them, but I could use a rear guard if you want to keep enemies out of the Wilderlands (to flank me).

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} I'll see what the situation is at High Pass and move some troops to the Wilderland if necessary. And I haven't really checked into this much, but doesn't Goblin Town open up to the Gladden Fields? I feel like that might be a problem if it does.

{JAMMERS! -good- ONLY!} I know I should know this but I've been busy (like all of us) And could someone remmind me of the Beornings orders? I can't remember wiether we where suppost to go attack the high pass or gundabad or both. If I could direct orders that would be nice. Thanks!

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Yes, it does. So you could directly guard the Wilderland, or just guard the Gladden Fields and keep enemies from passing through your HQs (Mirkwood and the Carrock).

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Assist the Elves. Take over for Rivendell in holding the High Pass, make sure the surrounding area is captured, and help out Mirkwood or Lothlorien if they need it. Move most of your troops directly to the High Pass, but leave a few in the Wilderland as you pass through to secure it. Also move to the Vales and/or Gladden Fields and make sure that both of those regions are captured by either you, Mirkwood, or Lorien (also you ). Last resort I may ask for some assistance from you at Gundabad, but that's only worst-case.
{JAMMERS ON GOODIES ONLY!} Hey guys, I'm just here with a small request for one of you. I'd like a 2ic for my HQ. Looking at the new poll that just came out, April 28th is looking like a very strong candidate for opening. While that day works for me, I'm going on a weeklong baseball trip to Florida on the 29th. Having a 2ic to control Rivendell would be huge, since they'll be critical early on. I don't want to jeapordize everyone else's plans due to my not being here. So if someone would be willing to join me as leader of Rivendell (at least temporarily), it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Just a refresher on everyone's starting orders, to make sure everyone knows what they need to do when we start:
Bree: Claim Eriador. Set up blockades at Tharbad, and somewhere to block Gundabad (Angmar, or the North Downs and Lone Lands).
Rivendell: Get a foot in the door at the High Pass for the Beornings (you should be able to pull out once they arrive), and blockade Hollin (at least to the North, if not all the way to Moria's doorstep).
Mirkwood: Keep Dol Guldur busy. Provide backup to other HQs if called upon.
Lothlorien: Blockade the Dimrill Dale, capture Redhorn Pass if you can. Secure the surrounding area with the Beornings.
Fangorn: Blockade the West Emnet/Gap of Rohan. Capture as many regions to the East as possible until you meet resistance.
Beornings: Contest the Goblins at the High Pass. Capture the surrounding area with Lothlorien.
Dale: Capture as many regions to the south as possible. Be a pain to Rhun. Reinforce allies as necessary.
Erebor: Invade Gundabad.
Iron Hills: Capture the Forodwaith. Be prepared to defend the Hills from Rhun if necessary.
Minas Tirith/Dol Amroth: Secure Gondor. Set up blockade at Pelargir. Blockade Osgiliath and Cair Andros/Anorien (fall back to Pelennor Fields as last resort).
Also, we're going to try out my IDEA. You guys will be watching your assigned regions, and I'll be analyzing your reports. Post your reports here as often as necessary to keep me up to date on any happenings. Specifically let me know about army movements and jammers (including their locations, who's doing what).
Here are your assignments. If you're going to be gone at any time, let me know so that I can have someone else keep an eye out for you. If someone's engaged in battle or otherwise frequents a given region (if, for example, they own it), feel free to let them take care of that region in their reports. Just make sure that they all get done.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Good! I believe we're assuming that there's a bridge or two at Pelargir (so that it's a viable crossing point). Guard those bridges with everything you've got. Build some sort of barricade, gate, or something on them near the city (don't go too far out to the other shore), and line your shore with all sorts of artillery. Bring a few trebuchets and ballistae, plus some mangonels for anti-infantry purposes. Use lots of archers, but make sure you have a strong defensive regiment to hold the enemy back on the bridges. The bridges will force most of the enemies to expose themselves if they want to do anything, so take advantage of that.
