yeah, I actually figured it out by listening to MCR. I heard cancer, and I thought, "hey, the 21 pilots song is actually an MCR cover." to be honest, though, I figured it was a cover, because, 1, is wasn't in an album, 2, It was way to depressing to be a top song.
