Wise words indeed Well, it's been a good bit of time since I've had one, but I seem to remember liking any and all of them I got my hands on Unless they had peanut butter on them; I don't really love peanut butter candy
*gasp* Not a fan of peanut butter candy? It's such a good combo though! I must admit, though, that the peanut butter in candy is hardly recognizable as peanut butter. Finding Friendships
Sorry That's true It's very sweet for peanut butter, now that I think about it But I don't adore peanut butter in general, so that might be part of it
The single page a day progression of FF would argue with you there. I despise the application process. I need to find a job now that I've moved for college and I'm dreading spending hours filling out applications for jobs that will never follow up.
I'm so curious if you're the first Missouri side Kansas City dweller to actually like the Kansas side, but I'm not sure how specific we can get with the locations at this point. Even this much probably wouldn't have flown on the original website.
I actually meant the opposite of what I said, but the tongue-smiley masked my error. Yep, it's the uncertainty of any return on the investment of your time that's the worst.
I'm definitely not, Kansas is bougie around here. I don't prefer it though, I have too much home state pride and the taxes are awful in Kansas. Finding Friendships
Classic tongue smiley, fundamentally changing the tone of messages. I can barely invest time when I know I'll get returns.
There's like, four places in Kansas that could be even remotely considered bougie. I have little to no state pride. I am proud of Laura Kelly and that is where the list ends. (Also yeah the taxes are annoying)
Have you ever heard of Stockholm syndrome? I'm constantly baffled by just how normal you seem to be offline.
Yes, I have. But nobody made me love 8 am classes, I just liked being productive in the morning that way I had more time free later.
Do I not seem normal on here? I'm genuinely curious. Finding Friendships
That's fair. I like feeling accomplished, I just always end up crashing hard in the afternoons. The only other immediate upside to me is that the parking lots aren't full that early.
No you definitely feel normal. That's the funny part to me, the normalcy while being one of the top three posters on TBB
You mean I actually have to think and justify the random wise-sounding thing I came up with?
In this case, yes, I demand proof. Finding Friendships
Well, I suppose it would be akin to the Unexpected Party at Bag End. Dreadfully raucus and far too riotious for Hobbit sensibilities, but restrained by civilised intincts like not smashing the plates as Bilbo Baggins hates.
Yeah, idk how I'd explain the MBs to her at this point.
A week. A couple of castles, a fishing museum, and some walking around and between little villages on the coast. That just means you'll have more to see and take in if you do ever go.
Oh, cool! Is anybody not going to weddings?? First time for everything, I'm sure it will be a great experience for you.
Ignorance is bliss.
That sounds very lovely. I love visiting castles, especially when they've been virtually unchanged since their glory days. True, that'll just make it more of an adventure.
Update: it was a slightly traumatic experience It was wonderful to see my roommate look so happy and make her wedding vows, but to make a very, very long story short, the wedding preparations were extremely disorganized and chaotic, and it made for a very exhausting and painful weekend. I lost track of how many times I apologized to my boyfriend for dragging him along, poor thing. He was very sweet about it, though.
Yup
Update: I can CONfirm Ireland is definitely worth visiting. I enCONrage (that doesn't really work does it ) to go there.
Oof. Sorry to hear it didn't go quite to plan. I guess that happens with a lot of weddings/big events tho. Hopefully in a few years you'll be able to sit and laugh about it. Sounds you like have a keeper.
CON-gratulations to you and your husband (typing that word on a lego website feels very odd ). May your marriage be long and happy and an example to all former lego.com users.

I think you and peanut butter need to work out your differences, provided no allergies are present. Finding Friendships

Never can tell what a person means when they stick one of those at the end. And in the case of some applications, sometimes you're not even sure you want a return.
Well at least a couple of them must be around here. I just think my state is pretty, and comparatively, it is. Finding Friendships

Yeah, staying awake later can be hard, but it's a battle worth fighting.
Okay, I wasn't sure where I fell on the ol' scale o' sanity among this little niche community. I mean, I feel like the top posters on here are not, as a general rule, more densely inhabited by the more unusual characters of this site, but that could just be a personal opinion. Finding Friendships
*holds out a large leaf of lettuce* This is from my sandwich. It's the only part of my lunch I'm willing to part with.
Okay, I might like this development even more than One Direction. I need more jams in my life. Finding Friendships
Uh, yeah, that'll do. *Scarfs down the lettuce hungrily.* We all know how much RuleJJ (that's me) loves salads, so this is normal.
Blackberry jam is my favorite.
I was worried you were going to nibble on it instead, so this is a good sign.
See, that's what I'm talking about. I don't even really have a favorite jam, it just defaults to strawberry cause that's all I got. Finding Friendships
