I'm not sure if you're being serious or not, since you did put two emotes in that post. But just in case, it was written by the father of science fiction, Jules Verne.
Yeah, but when there's a whole chapter describing their voyage like "Today we went to blank degrees north longitude blank degrees west latitude and traveled around the blank islands. There we saw these kinds of fishes and I wrote about them in my journal," it gets kinda..... boring.
Well I beg to differ.
Okay, fine, but I do agree the beginning, ending, and some parts in the middle were very interesting.
I don't think you should unless you're into that kind of thing. I found it pretty boring. Nonetheless, there were interesting parts, just scattered and few.
I don't normally read stuff like that, but I might one day.
The Harry Potter books, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, and a lot of Rick Riordan books. Along with others.
YAY HARRY POTTER FAN I AM YOUR FRIEND FOR LIFE!!!!!!!! Wait, you just said you read them, you didn't say you liked them. DID YOU LIKE THEM!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I don't think its particularly enjoyable unless your are an adult an read it so that you will have a larger chance of understanding everything Dickens wrote. :tounge:

I had to read Little Women several years ago and couldn't stand it, although it was a long time ago and I would like to read it again.
Also, if you were wondering, my favorite book that's not part of a series is The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. I highly recommend it. :3
Oh wow. What is it abour? Have ypu read any Doctor Who books?
What? It's about a boy who's parents are killed when he's a baby, but he escapes and gets taken in by the ghosts in the Graveyard. Each of the chapters are a sort of short story about his adventures at different ages, and it's really good. No, I don't even watch the show anymore since they took it off Netflix. 3:
