Well, here's something. On the sidebar where it used to say, 'The Message Boards will be taken offline on March 6' or something like that has changed to, "The boards will be taken completely offline in the future, but there is not a specific date planned at this time."
I actually chatted with one of the assistant people on the chat thingy on LEGO.com and she said "there was an update on her side of things". She said they'd do it eventually, but didn't actually say when. xD I kind of wish they'd hurry up and do it though. It's sucking hours out of my life that should be spent on homework instead of scrolling through old topics. xDD
Lol, I don't know why they're still up I'm guessing that the person who was supposed to delete them wanted to give the archivers a little more time, or just couldn't bear to take them offline
Makes sense.
Or perhaps they are making another one of Ben's "weirdest things that can happen before the end" come true

LEGO: Take those boards down.
Tech guy: *covers eyes* I don't want to. I can't.
LEGO: Your good cop side of you is making you too soft... *goes to hire new tech guy*

My theory is that the mods from the old MBs who have come over to LMBE are telling Lego we've still got stuff to archive so Lego are keeping it open till we're done.
