Well, before I thought of a reset, I thought of maybe the Sabertooth Tigers getting a new leader, and/or the Sabertoothes, Icebears, and Mammoths allying again, so it wouldn't basically just be every inland tribe vs the Sabertoothes, like it is now.
I also thought that the non-Ice Hunter tribes could go to war with each other, like a Second Chima Civil War, between Unichi and the Chima Alliance Remnant. I thought of this so that that tribes like the Bears and Ravens would have more to do, and also because the Ice Hunters are massively outnumbered by the southern tribes, so this could make it more balanced. It's not like we've been sticking closely to the TV show's Fire vs Ice arc anyway. I'm not saying we make it all scripted, but we could have the Ice Hunters realign and/or just kickstart the war, and the other factions, like the Arachnid Alliance, Empire of Balance, Crocs, Rhinos, Eagles, Bats, and Forgotten, can decide how they want to respond to it.
In fact, maybe we could do a "soft reboot". Rather than an actual reset, we could just better establish the new HQs of tribes (I.E., "The Outlands (Location)" could be renamed "The Outlands and Scorm City (Scorpion HQ #2)"), like Decade had done with Southernfell. New RPers won't need to know any of the previous lore, other then "the Ice Hunters are northern invaders with ice powers, but one of them has allied with a southern tribe, and the southern tribes have a fire powered energy source, and are in these alliances:", and we won't have to erase any of our lore. There'll still be Chima Public Broadcast updates connecting to the lore for us hardcore fans, and for anyone new who's interested. The Forgotten and the Scorpions have started to go through soft reboots of their own recently, and you'll see what I mean if you go to their respective HQ topics.
TL;DR: The Sabertoothes and Lions need a new leader, unless/until Shamrock becomes active. The Ice Hunters ally again, and/or a new conflict or event starts for the inland tribes.
OOC: Their are no leaders from the first part of this rp (2017) that are alive today, other than Batons leader, and deposed Rawlin. A soft reset, where we start a new war between the chima tribes and finally get someone to replace shamrock. And we have a soft reset. I support this idea.
*Coughs loudly enough so you can notice me in the corner*
I was an avid reader on the MBs and not a user. You will not recognize me but I will recognize you...
Well, it seems way to chaotic right now, too little bad guys active, to little tribes on any side actually, there's literally nothing for me to do except base upgrades and maybe some minor stuff here and there. If not a reset, how else can we fix tribe assignments and other issues that need to be addressed to revive this RP?

Well actually, Bliston, Scorm, Scorpia, and Blitz Bridger are still alive, but I see what you mean.
Alright, since five people are now on board with my idea and the other three haven't responded to it, here are the steps to do this soft reboot:
1) I will lead the Lion Tribe, to kickstart the Second Chima Civil War. (Someone else can lead the Sabertoothes, if they want, and the other Ice Hunter tribes technically have active leaders.)
2) The Outlands topic needs to be partially renamed, so new people know it's the Scorpion HQ. I'll ask the mods to do that.
3) If anyone new wants to have a Phoenix or Raven character, those tribes definitely need to get new leaders. No offense to Shamrock, but the main Raven Tribe has done literally nothing since the freed ravens flew back to the New Talon Industries HQ from the Ultimate Glacier, and that happened almost exactly a year ago in real life time.
4) This one isn't really a necessary step, but I will definitely hand over leadership of the Mammoth and Spider tribes to anyone who is interested in leading either of them. I've pretty much finished my storylines for both those tribes, and I've already thought of ideas for my Spider and Mammoth leaders' disappearances. But I'll not get ahead of myself.
I tag you two, since your the only ones really involved with the sabretooth campaign now that Shamrock and TFD went off again.
We have a plot issue.
Do either of you know, where Shamrock kept all this frozen people, like he froze a lot of folks, the crocs, the gorillas, and some other tribes that he fought, at least I think so.
I tried asking him, where they were and he said not in the tunnels, and most likely no where on the mainland.
TL;DR, where are all the people that the Sabertooths froze? So we know where to find them when we liberate them.

Well, when the Bats attacked Saber Mountain, only three frozen people were there. Shamrock did mention that new frozen prisoners had been placed there soon after, but I don't think he specified which characters and species were put there. So, unless Shamrock comes back and refutes this, I think at this point we can say that the frozen prisoners are all in Black Fang Mountain.
ravenmecha117 , are you still interested in this RP?
Definitely. Impressive list. Are there any tribes in need of leaders? Would anyone mind if I led the Forgotten?
Leader of the Forgotten here, you... i like you. You can probably play Spalyx Vance, whom is technical 2ic of the Forgotten, Dr. Scordon Freeman (the scorp i play), is 1ic.
Excellent, I will create an avatar posthaste. Which species are in the forgotten, how many is the population, and where is the headquarters?
The species in the Forgotten are wolves, lions, ravens, bears, skunks, gorillas, scorpions, spiders, eagles, crocodiles, rhinos, and peacocks. The population was left ambiguous by the faction's creator; The Forgotten started out as a small radical insurgency of spiders and scorpions, then grew over time into what was implied to be an army about as big as a tribe. The HQ is here.
Might as well add a small thing of bats into the mix Becuase why not and yes, ya described the Forgotten on the nail. Im too lazy to state an actual population of Forgotten now, but if i have to throw a dart, i’d land it on over 34k-56k citizens. The majority obviously being the Scorpions, spiders, and Ravens.

We never agreed on population numbers, since armies are so small like 1-2k max, I was expecting that populations, are like 30-50k.

So, I was wondering if anyone is interested in taking over leadership of the Mammoths and/or Spiders. I led those two tribes for a while, had dedicated storylines for both of them, and now want to move on to other ideas. Counting the Ravens and Eagles, I'm now leading nine tribes, which is way too many to keep track of. If no one wants to lead the Spiders or Mammoths, well, those two tribes will probably be inactive for a while, because like I said, it's hard to keep track of all these tribes.

Intriguing conundrum, I don’t know whom im leading either, it’s been so long since i was last here, maybe like three months or something? But if’ll help you, i can keep my end of controlling the ravens since i kinda inherited them since Torahvision vanished. You can keep your eagles, i need to start running the tigers more, Scorps too.
Well, if the other rp members become more active again, really, hope they aren’t losing interest in this forum. :c

Not that I'm losing interest, it's just a lot to keep track of and I'm a tad overwhelmed But like if we were to... purge a few tribes, in a kind of apocalyptic extinction event, I'd be down for that
