It is a perplexing situation... Currency provides structure and fair rules... It also provides more rules... If there were a simple way to manage currency here... I would vote for it... But it would still mean more rules... And less fun... I vote nay to currency.

I would like to vote (2), or no. I feel that within troops, NPCs, PCs, CHI, etc, there are plenty of currency-like things that can be used for whatever particular negotiation is taking place, without creating the confusion of an overarching currency system.
