Question... for the Minor Tribes HQ does the animal just have to be reasonable or does it have to be seen on the show?... i'm asking this question for pixels since he hasn't asked yet...
I would say that it should be seen in the show unless otherwise approved at the FAC. It should be some kind of Peacock, Beaver, Fox, or Skunk. "Reasonable" is defined at the FAC.
I think we should host another poll to determine what currency we use. I think money is a major motivator in any land or civilization, so we should set some rules about how to manage, gain, spend, and lose money. Bartering system? Either way, we should do a poll about it. What do you all think?
I think bartering would do pretty well honestly, and would make it easier for users to keep track of things (you know, because it may become frustrating for people to have to keep keeping track of all their virtual roleplay currency.)
P.S I made a Rhino HQ if that's okay.
Yeah... I guess you're right there. It's just that most of the Raven's actions would be motivated by money... so, I wanted to institute something that would be hard wealth that they could point to. *shrug* It isn't urgent so we can just use Bartering for now.
An idea to solve that would be to make a topic called the "Chima Bank." Where each HQ leader constantly posts updates on their money statuses. If there is any doubt or confusion, people would just have to check their math or check what amount they have. It may be tedious for math haters, but I believe it would be worth it. Thoughts, anyone?
My friend wants to make an HQ for a human tribe. That's like fanon and stuff is that ok? Humans are animals too.
A human tribe? I thought that the only beings in Chima were morphed animals that's what makes it Chima, right? Adding humans to Chima would kinda ruin it for me.

You are suggesting that the Outland Tribes all be combined in one HQ called "Outland Tribes", yes? If so, then I'm not against the idea... maybe a bit later in the RP though. Unless others feel it is ok to introduce them now.

If so, could I include a Scorpion as a sort of freelance character and move him to the HQ later?

Hm. I don't know. If you were the only Scorpion at the Minor Tribes, I think that would be fine... when the FAC Committee is settled, run it through them.

The Minor Tribes were the people who told me to make the Outlands HQ.

...well, if my memory is correct, they said to run it through the FAC to see if it could be passed. I'm going to tally votes there and then we can officially have an FAC.
According to canon, Chima tribes hardly had any airforce except the tribes that could fly naturally. Now, since we're doing "Loose Canon" how should the airforce of non-flying tribes be regulated? The Wolves, Lions, and Crocs should all have an established airforce due to the show's "Helicrocter, Wolf Copter, and Lavertus' Lion Helicopter. However, it should be limited to allow the air to mostly be governed by the naturally flying tribes (Ravens, Eagles, Vultures, and Bats). I also think that the other tribes can have a type of aircraft, as long as they build it themselves, and they don't have too many. It doesn't have to be an exact number, but I think we do need to set some guidelines on flying equipment for non-natural flyers in Chima. Thoughts?
