The primary seaport of Gondor, Pelargir has a long and storied history. I would tell it, but it's Friday, and I'm tired. So I'll just tell you to look it up instead.
For this RP, Pelargir is considered a "fortress-topic", a small region of strategic importance. However, it still provides 1,000 MWE, like other normal regions. Pelargir is also one of the few port-regions in the RP, and as such provides 200 NWE, instead of the standard 100 NWE for a coastal region.
For traveling in the RP, Pelargir borders only Lebennin by land. It is not accessible by land from South Ithilien, though that region is easily reached with ships, along with Tolfalas and the Bay of Belfalas.
Enjoy, and happy RPing!
The day of prosperity makes one forget adversity; The day of adversity makes one forget prosperity.
*A large fleet of Gondor sails down the river. A man on the bow of one of the ships calls out:
"Hail, men of Dol Amroth, our countrymen! We are glad to see that you have taken the defense of this city! Let us press onwards together to defeat the forces of evil!"

*A rider cries from the shore:
''Hail, men of Gondor! You may find our host at Tolfalas, or Prince Ephiril at Dol Amroth, if you wish. Hasten, for the Corsairs of Umbar sail north!''

I can't believe I had the same awful signature for nearly 8 years. Sorry for disappearing for 2 months, life happened for a bit.

*The Rohirrim NMWE is put into a large fleet.* Numbers: 20 Destroyers, 20 Battleships. (I think the Battleships are 30 NMWE, and the Destroyers are 20 NMWE, right?) *The Arbalests placed on the battleships are modified, with large loading cranks for the Rohirrim sailers to load them much more quickly.*

OOC: Destroyers: 20 NWE
Frigates: 30 NWE
Battleships: 40 NWE
Siege ships: 50 NWE
You can either have what you just made, only change Battleships to Frigates, or have a smaller number of Battleships.

OOC: Ships come with crew. If you want to be able to board other other, you can put a maximum of 50 soldiers on each ships, but crew for sailing come with the ship.
Also, are those men out of your own MWE? 'Cause I already claimed the thousand MWE that comes with this region.
