"A Visit From St. Colt" 'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the threads Not a creature was stirring, not even a guest The stockings were hung by FF with care In hopes that St. Colt soon would be there The users were nestled all snug in their beds While visions of cheese danced in their heads When in the driveway there rose such a clatter I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter I looked out the window to see what was up There I saw an old, idling pickup With antlers on the grille Then I saw him as I leaned on the windowsill I was so in awe as he climbed up to the gutter That I didn't even find a word to utter So I run to the fireplace and what do I see? A guy that slipped down the chimney! He was covered in soot And he wore spurs on the heels of his boots I was shocked that a man came down the chimney Then I asked him, "What'd you bring me?" He tossed me a present and read his letter He bit a cookie and said, "Could be better." He left some presents underneath the tree And tipped his hat and left in a hurry Sipped some coffee and revved the truck engine Next thing I know he's yellin', "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
