*Mlinzi thinks for a moment then lifts her chin as if to challenge the pirate, but there is still a twinge of fear in her eyes* "What kind of pirate are you?" *Ther's a nip to her voice.* "I'm not going to supply a marauding crew of murderers." *They can see her eyes water up just the slightest.*
Luz, the Falcon, gently glides downward. In his beak is a copy of the Graciela Treaty. Waddling to Mlinzi, he drops it for her to read.
Emiliano furrows her brow, thinking to herself. "So Varrow has truly tarnished my name."
Motioning to the Treaty, she shakes her head. "Not at all. The Dove permits no such acts. In fact, we are on a mission of mercy. To rescue a port overrun by true marauding fiends."
*Reads over the parchment carefully scrutinizing every bit of the Graciela Treaty. Finally seems resigned.* "Alright, if all this is true." *She waved the paper delivered by Luz* "I'll help you." *Her eyes shift to the other piratecaptain* "Is he under your Treaty?" *She asks somewhat timidly and with a touch of frost in her voice.*

Emiliano unsheathes her rapier and nudges the Pirate forward, passing him a wink. "Well, are you naught an ally of mine?"

Before an answer could be said, the clipper rocks back and forth as a cannonball lands in the waters near it. Holding her guests steady, Emiliano motions for a few of her crew to watch them.
Rushing up the Crow's Nest, Emiliano waves a sleeping Luz aside to analyze her surroundings. Swinging from a rope, the Captain returns to her guests. "Sithee, yon fools from the Tavern are back. Though it seems they are halted by territory forces. I cannot ensure they be successful for long, thus I must ask again. Art thou a true ally of mine?"
She then glances back to Mlinzi. "And art thou prepared to aid us?" The Captain deflects a misfired round from the approaching ships with her sword and looks back at the scene. "By my plume, the rogues are attempting to board the territory guard!" Pointing her rapier at the Pirate once more, Emiliano nods. "Perhaps this is the chance to prove thine trustworthiness."
Calling to her crew, she prepares her armor. Putting on her war helmet, she shields it with a cloak trimmed with the loose plumes of various birds and grabs her whistle, posing a question to her two guests. "Shall you follow me into the fray?"

*Trips on hem of skirt and falls backwards on the deck in fright as the cannonball splashes into the water. Recovers and listens to Emiliano talking. Scrambles to feet.* "Mam I ..I got to be honest. I don't like pirates, but I also don't want to die here and now. So *takes deep breath* I'll help you. What do you need me to do?" *She fixes Emiliano and her strange friend with a solid gaze. Emiliano can tell that she's made her mind up to help them.*

Emiliano tips her hat, handing Mlinzi a flintlock and cutlass. "Best I can provide for you at the moment. Now what I'll need is a hardy stout looking vessel. My clipper may outrun a ship, but surely can't take a direct hit. Supplies for the journey, weapons. Oh, excuse me." The Captain whistles to Luz the Falcon. "Ey, stop panicking like a chicken and start surveying the skies!" She turns to Mlinzi. "Must get to safety, as I won't be loosing any guests to party crashers such as these!"
The rest of the crew were dressed in the same attire as Emiliano and prepared for battle, lining in attention and awaiting further orders.

*Stares down at the weapons like she'd never seen them before. Recovers and tucks the flintlock away. Nods to Emiliano.* "Yes'm.* *She bobs in a slight curtsy, a learned behaviour from her time as a made when younger, and runs off to find the specified requirements.*

Emiliano blows into the whistle, causing a large flock of birds to surround her group as they navigate the Clipper near the fighting. Upon nearing the vessel, the group bellows out frightening dirges.
Shaking in their boots, the boarding scallywags from the Tavern back away, but one of their number, braver than his compatriots, dares to fire a shot into the swirling storm of birds. The birds open a circle for the projectile as a sword emerges deflecting it. Suddenly figures charged out of the cloud of birds, pounding and thrashing away at the invading band.
Before the Territory Forces knew it, a majority of the ruffians were bound with stout ropes and sporting a heavy set of bumps and bruises...all save three who were sneaking back to their ship.

OOC: Perhaps batonmaster500 may have something to say now?

OOC: Perhaps batonmaster500 may have something to say now?
OOC: Apologies. I have lost motivation for logging on and roleplaying here. I shall make an effort at regaining motivation in the next month. I should've logged on and responded to many things 2 months ago really.

OOC: Not a problem! Don't want to inconvenience you. Just thought you may want a say. At your leisure.
