Hi! Yeah, it's been a while. I started taking a dual enrollment class this semester, and the teacher gave us a lot of work to do. I was so busy writing papers that I never checked in here.... The class ended last week, so now I can come here every day (at least until the next semester, lol ). Aw, you're welcome! It's good to be back.
I understand. I'm surprised I've been able to get on here every now and then. That's great. I'm glad to be seeing you around.
I learned it was actually Extra Credit, not an actual grade. And I worked on the next chapter today.
I'm not going to say "good for you" again, so instead I'll give you friendly virtual hug and a gingerbread man. *hug*
(YAY NEW CHAPTER COMING SOON )
You techinally just did.
Yay! *Hugs back* ^-^ I actually have never had one of these on real life. What do they taste like?
Yep. I got a good bit written, and I am currently revising and editing while I type it out. By that, I mean I am changing what was said on the paper and making it better while keeping the same idea.

OK, sue me.
*Hugs back again, making this awkward*
Well, the last gingerbread man I ate was back around when I was eight to ten years old, I believe, before my family realized what food like that could do to my body, so the memory of the American gingerbread man is sketchy. However, while they weren't in the shape of little men, I tasted hard gingerbread at a Christmas market a few years ago, after we moved to Europe. So, in answer to your question, it tastes like hard bread, but of course there's that strong yet soft, warm ginger taste that makes you think of Christmas. There's often frosting on it that's hardened, so you have a bit of crunchy, creamy sugar melting on your tongue as you gnaw on your treat. That's how I describe it.
Ah, proof-reading/writing is always good. I do the same; I read the same pages over and over again and change any grammatical errors or switch out little scenes so the chapter will run smoother. Sometimes, when I'm planning something long, I write out a sort of script in my notebook so that I have a better idea of what I want to happen and I can see it in front of me, instead of trying to keep track of all the facts and details in my head.

No.
*Doesn't care because I love hugs.*
Hmm. I might have to try some sometime.
I don't quite do that. Only when I write on paper and then transfer it to my email account.

*finally sees this post over two months later* How in the world did I miss this?!?
It's been months, I can't remember anymore.
*wonders how you've been able to hug me from December 16th 2017 to February 10th 2018*
Mayhap so. . .
I suppose so.
(PS. moar. )
I have no clue.
*Shrugs*
Uh huh.
"Suppose"?
(I'm working on it. I've been rewriting it a hundred times because I can't figure out what direction to take. I think I have found a good one, though. hopefully.)

(Well I hope you'll find a version that works. )
^ What he said. In all honesty, though, I'm glad you're still working on it, and I hope you're enjoying continuing your story.
