1. The ninja will face off Pythor,
2. Pythor (may) threaten to hurt Rose unless the ninja meet his demands,
3. At some point Lloyd will retain the rest of his memories [--wait, did he already? I skimmed all the chapters of this story before posting this make sure, but I can't remember if he has all his memories back or not, or just most of the important ones. Arg, that's frustrating-- I should just read the whole thing again. . .]
4. Rose's backstory and power will be explained a bit more than it already has. . . ?
5. Lloyd and Rose become more emotionally attached to one another,
6. The main villain's plan -- who presently appears to be Pythor, although a larger schemer could be revealed later on, I dunno -- will at some point reveal his ultimate plan for some doohickey and whatnot,

2. Well, now that I think about it again, if Pythor did do that, the majority of the ninja would probably be like "ok sure whatevs, she messed around with Lloyd, go crazy " while Lloyd may be like "WAT NOT ROSE NO U "
3. Ah, OK. I should just read it again.
4. I would be interested to hear more about Rose and how she got involved with Pythor, plus it might give you the writer a better understanding of her character.
5. I said I thought it would happen, I didn't say I wanted it to happen! I mean, it would only make sense considering the prologue. . . Unless when Lloyd said "She, uh.., she was something. I'll tell you that. Still is, I guess." he meant something else entirely. You know, like how may say that your math teacher who you consider your life-long nemesis and a walking scourge to the earth is really "something".
6. Man, Pythor's got some serious issues with the whole revenge thing. Just let it go, dude.
