Well, HannahSmash herself never appeared. But in one quote chain in the Autumn Party, I ran into the bunker of the dark leprechauns, who mistook me for Mistress HannahSmash. Apparently she's their leader, and was looking for me. You never actually specified why she was looking for me, but I don't think it was for any good reason...
