Well, that certainly took a bit longer than usual. We now have a rumoured list of the Winter 2021 Ninjago sets. Looks like we're getting the smallest TV show wave yet while Legacy is taking the focus again for the 10th anniversary of the theme. (It's been a long while since time got a name.)
71730 Epic Battle Set Kai Vs Skulkin 71731 Epic Battle Set Jay Vs Serpentine 71732 Epic Battle Set Zane Vs Nindroid 71733 Epic Battle Set Cole Vs Ghost Warrior 71735 Tournament of Elements 71736 Boulder Blaster 71737 X-I Ninja Charger 71738 Zane's Titan Mech Battle 71740 Jay's Electro-Mech 71741 Ninjago City Garden
71745 Lloyd's Jungle Chopper Bike 71746 Jungle Dragon 71747 The Keepers' Village 71748 Catamaran Sea Battle

The Tournament of Elements set has peaked my attention. Now I’m glad I procrastinated on buying the original Titan Mech Battle, since the new version will hopefully add knees to the mechs. I’m guessing the “Ninjago City Garden” is referencing the “Central Park” in Ninjago City that we see in episode 13 and a few other times.
Yeah, TBH, I’m a lot more interested in the Legacy sets than any of the newer waves/seasons. Don’t know if that’s because of my age, or because I might have nostalgia goggles equipped.

Aah, ya beat me to it by two full days, fantasius. I must be losing my edge. =P
Anyhow--I'm pretty interested in the Legacy lineup, not so much in the Season 14 sets. I pretty much lost all desire to buy sets relating to new material after Season 11, and the latest seasons haven't done enough for me to get back to it. Like JGREAD2, I think I've got nostalgia goggles on now. Also a lot of the Legacy sets have been legitimately good while the actual show sets have been, in my view, mediocre to decent.
The choices for the Legacy sets, however, kind of befuddle me: I don't think most of these sets need or even want a remake, though I won't complain. It's pretty interesting that they're moving on to Legacy Possession already. At this rate they might run out of old material to refurbish in the not-too-distant future.
I saw the rumored prices in euro for these, by the way. The Tournament of Elements was 29.99, the Titan Mech was 69.99 (I think?), the Electromech was 19.99, the X-1 Ninja Charger was 49.99, the Boulder Blaster was 39.99, and the Ninjago City Garden was something absurd like 299.99. The Jungle Chopper Bike was 19.99 and the Catamaran Sea Battle was... 79.99, I think? I don't remember the others. All the Epic Battle sets were 9.99.
I have a sneaking suspicion that these prices will translate directly from euro to US dollars, so I'd bank on the Electromech being $20, the Tournament being $30, etc. The Tournament in particular sounds very much like the next Gamer's Market to me, i.e. a minifigure pack with a few extra builds. If so, I'm guessing we'll get Legacy versions of Chen, Kai, Skylor, and maybe some new Elemental Masters--Chamille and Gravis, anyone?
The relative abundance of Legacy sets may mean Season 14 will be shorter than other recent seasons, but I don't have any real basis for that.
Also, there's one more rumored set not listed: 71742 Overlord Dragon. Needless to say, I'm highly anticipating that one.
We're the elderly fans now, putting on our little nostalgia goggles to approve the Legacy sets. I'm not enjoying the new seasons but I kind of like seeing them re-boot old sets from old seasons. ^-^

Ah, now I think Ninjago City Garden is another Ninjago Movie set, based purely on the price.

I haven't been in the target audience for Ninjago for, like, six or seven years now. Together we can grumble at the story department and tell stories of the old days while leaning on our walkers. =P

The Tournament of Elements set and the new sets have me intrigued; especially since they have the word jungle in them. Makes me wonder if they will have anything to do with Hiroshi's Labyrinth.

What are the "epic battle" sets about?
Apparently they are centred around some small shrines. I don't know anything else about them.
Maybe they're finally bringing back the spinners. It's well past time they get on that...
Huh? They did bring back the spinners in 2019. Do you mean having spinners more like the ones from the early years?
Well, the new ones look really cool (and more series-accurate), but I have no idea how those spinners would last when thrown against each other.
Now, to be fair, I've only seen pictures of the new ones, but they don't seem all that stable compared ot the old ones. Wider bases, at least, would be welcome.
