I was going through my settings with the LMB Theme on an I noticed on Avatar that I could actually upload my Profile Picture to whatever I wanted. On the LMBE Theme it requests you to PM a staff member which is the issue.
I have no idea how to resolve this or fix it, but I think just having the same "Please PM a staff member to change your avatar" message should show up!
