Wow. Sounds incredibly intense. The wind could have almost carried your tent away like a parachute. That makes sense. The sound of thunder is quite scary and catches you off guard, and if there's lightning, then the spiders just look like they appear out of no where. Agreed. I remember we had to hop over some rocks to cross a river, as well as cross a rope bridge which I find kind of scary.
Yep, I was afraid it was going to at the time. xD Oooh, that would be so creepy. The night of the thunderstorm actually wasn't on the same trip as the spiders, but it's a good thing. That would've been terrifying. Rope bridges can definitely be scary, especially if they start to sway too much and knock you off balance.
At least it didn't, and that's good. Very creepy indeed. If it was Halloween it would look extra spooky. Agreed, especially when you can feel the bridge sway underneath your feet.
I guess that'll be good enough for me. *takes some fruit snacks*
XD Fruit snacks never really go bad in my opinion. I mean, they DO, but I generally eat them anyway. I've never had any that taste like tractor tires, but I've had some pretty stale ones IRL.
I think I can agree, although I've never had old fruit snacks before. They seem decently squishy as they should be, but can't really tell if they're still good.
How's summer been for y'all? I haven't done much so far, honestly- I'm trying to plan some activities for July. But this past weekend we had a sleepover and two-day trip out of town with my best friend, which was a ton of fun!! I realize I took another unexpected break, but hopefully I'm back for a while again!
Also, another life update which I find particularly adorable: we adopted a puppy. A hairless teacup chihuahua, to be specific. We haven't decided on a name yet, but I think it's narrowed down to three or four options now. Technically she won't come to live with us for a few weeks after all the vet checkups are over, but we just met her tonight and she is the sweetest. :3
Anyways, hopefully I'll be more active through the summer without disappearing randomly for too long!!
BEST TIME OF THE YEAR WOOOOT
Hello Bun!
Summer for me has been alright so far. I've been building LEGO models and sorting LEGO bricks after school ended a couple weeks ago. Looks like you still got a week to plan what to do for July. Awesome! I'm glad you still had a great time even though it was quite unexpected!
Ooh, how cute! That's really awesome and I'm sure you're going to have a blast being with your new pet!
Hopefully, luckily we've got lots of time in the summer!

I LOVE SUMMER!!!
Ohmygosh that's so great! asdfghjkzxcvbnm a hairless teacup chihuahua, excuse me? O.O When did this happen?! Have you been planning on adopting a puppy all this time, or is this new?! XD Awwww I hope the checkups go by smoothly and you'll get to keep her!
How's my summer been? Uhhh... I mean, I've had plenty of time in the past two months to recuperate from the school year and to catch up on reading A Tale of Two Cities, writing RoE and drawing cartoons. And, uh, might've gone through some new emotional trauma, but hey, don't we all? PLUS, I got to meet my longtime LMB friend NFM for the first time IRL, which was so amazing and fun!! x3
