(Huh I guess I missed a bunch of posts for some reason XP) Yep. Though Fauna is the most relaxed probably... well not relaxed but less... uptight?
(That's alright. At least you got back on. ) Ah yes, Fauna seems less uptight. She's more accepting of things, even if it sometimes goes wrong, like adding eggs to make a cake, including the eggshells.
Exactly. xD Though I wouldn't eat the cake, to be honest.

Yep. Yeah, eggshells aren't exactly my favorite flavor of cake. A bit too crunchy for my taste.
Yeah, I think you'd enjoy it. Oooh, let's see. There were a couple trips that we were in the tent overnight during a thunderstorm, although one of those times was more hilarious than scary. There was also the campground that was filled with spiders, including at least one black widow. I remember on that trip, in the middle of the night we saw a giant spider's silhouette on the roof of our tent... We also do some pretty intense hikes, so there's been a few times we've had to climb across streams using only the cliff walls or some tall ladders. I think, if I had to choose, that'd be the trip I'd say was the scariest, since I was only 11 or 12 at the time and that was the first time I'd really hiked through such huge rocks. It was a ton of fun though.
Maybe. Wow. Being in the tent during the thunderstorm sounds like it'll be hard to get some sleep, especially with the thunder in the background. Also wow, more spiders, and that's very scary just waking up to see a giant spider on top of your tent. Ah, the rigorous hiking across streams and other treacherous sounding places, especially when you were that young. I think the last time I did a hike that dangerous was a few years ago with my cousins, and it was quite a unique experience.
It was pretty hard to sleep with the tent being shaken around in the wind like we were going to fly away. Plus I was absolutely terrified of thunder back then, so that didn't help matters much. Ahh, cool. It can be super tiring, but it's usually pretty fun also.
*surfaces on the other side of the pit and swims over*
Well, I didn't see any keys. But I did find a ping pong ball, a box of fruit snacks and an old glow-in-the-dark bracelet that doesn't glow anymore. *dumps them on the shore*
That's alright. I'm sure we'll find them somewhere. Wow. You've found a lot of treasure! Ooh, fruit snacks! But are they still good?
I don't know. *opens box and eats one*
I mean, it's the texture of like...a tractor tire? Tasty. They're still good.
How's summer been for y'all? I haven't done much so far, honestly- I'm trying to plan some activities for July. But this past weekend we had a sleepover and two-day trip out of town with my best friend, which was a ton of fun!! I realize I took another unexpected break, but hopefully I'm back for a while again!
Also, another life update which I find particularly adorable: we adopted a puppy. A hairless teacup chihuahua, to be specific. We haven't decided on a name yet, but I think it's narrowed down to three or four options now. Technically she won't come to live with us for a few weeks after all the vet checkups are over, but we just met her tonight and she is the sweetest. :3
Anyways, hopefully I'll be more active through the summer without disappearing randomly for too long!!

Wow. Sounds incredibly intense. The wind could have almost carried your tent away like a parachute. That makes sense. The sound of thunder is quite scary and catches you off guard, and if there's lightning, then the spiders just look like they appear out of no where. Agreed. I remember we had to hop over some rocks to cross a river, as well as cross a rope bridge which I find kind of scary.

Yep, I was afraid it was going to at the time. xD Oooh, that would be so creepy. The night of the thunderstorm actually wasn't on the same trip as the spiders, but it's a good thing. That would've been terrifying. Rope bridges can definitely be scary, especially if they start to sway too much and knock you off balance.

I guess that'll be good enough for me. *takes some fruit snacks*
XD Fruit snacks never really go bad in my opinion. I mean, they DO, but I generally eat them anyway. I've never had any that taste like tractor tires, but I've had some pretty stale ones IRL.
