Well hello there, I'm officially gonna start a blog sort of thing of development of this site, just going over all the 'behind-the-scenes' stuff, and maybe I'll even throw in a couple of quick and dirty tutorials on things concerning photoshop and some coding. I'll make sure I'll include my resources so if people are interested in this sort of things as well, you'll have some epic free stuff or something.
For now I'll list some of the external tools and resources I use.
Photo Editor: Affinity Photo Great program, it's usually £50 for a license (one-time) but they're currently doing a half price sale as of Mid-April. It's pretty much better than photoshop.
Fonts Repository: Google Fonts Probably the best place to get your fancy (and non-fancy) fonts. I use it all the time in doing things like creating badges, new forum logos, etc.
Coding resources: W3schools A truly excellent site containing almost everything you'd ever need to know about web coding, such as with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a whole myriad of other languages. I use it a lot if I need to quickly look up what the functions are of various code elements.
Online Photoshop thingy: Photopea Even though it's online, it's probably one of the best photo editors I've used for quick things. It's not as simple as Paint, but not as complicated as photoshop. If you're editing on-the-go, I'd highly recommend!
Online Image Hosting: Vgy.me Arguably the best image hosting service available to any resident of the known universe. The only downside is that you have to have an account to be able to upload, but that's not really a problem. Fun-fact: every image on the LMB Beta theme is hosted on vgy!
Henny: Henny If you can't figure out for the life of you why this completely dumb, stupid css script won't work on your absolutely irritating forum code editor, then there is a simple solution. Bug Henny until he does it for you. It works!
But there we go, I will of course update this as I remember the other websites/programs/people I've used/use. Below I'll also keep up-to date the task I'm currently working on for LMBE so you guys can incessantly tag me when I'm procrastinating. If you're interested in this sort of thing then I can put you on a tag list for when I post some quick-and-dirty tutorials on random stuff.
TASKS:
Completed: -Photoshopping the 2017/18/19 EBA Bages
In-Progress: -Implementing the EBA Badges into user's profile pages

Current task: 2017/18/19 EBA Badges
I find this inordinately interesting.
So, what exactly are ''EBA Badges'' Are they like those badges we used to get on the LMBs? E.g. , Master reader, Roleplay Representative, Community Helper, Official Interviewee.

So there you go, I have to do about 54 of these things. They'll all end up on a special section of a users profile page along with any other badge they may have such as the interview badge.

Well with all 55 EBA badges done it's time to give them to everyone. Unfortunately this isn't an easy or fun task, as there's not simple system in place for doing that, so I'm having to directly edit the code to put them (the story of this website Dx).
Ahhhhhghhghhghdflyugbaudwab
._.
So with the end of my actual sanity and patience out the way, I'm hoping to try and finish it before tea which is in about 1 hour and a half...
...
I live in hope.
At least I have all the images:
It's worth noting that this is only being updated on the super secret staff version of the theme so you won't actually be able to see them until we've released it, but there's really not much left to do so I think we can release before the end of the month! If Henny4315 can kindly get on and finish fixing the posting page and a couple of other things he wants to do,I'll get on an fix the thread checkboxes and quick reply.

To be clear, these features Sam is talking about, such as badges and a new post image button will be available to the public soon, along with many other cool things! Stay tuned for more updates and the release of a more complete LMB Theme!
