Maybe Lego Undertale.
Well, I don't think Undertale is a NIntendo franchise, but it's still possible.
I do want to see LEGO Pokemon, but I don't think it's really possible, idk. LEGO Animal Crossing would be great, LEGO Zelda would be awesome. LEGO Donkey Kong would be great, a Smash Bros Minifigure series would be amazing. Right now, our best bet is LEGO Ideas, since a Zelda set is in review now, and hopefully will get accepted.

Definitely Pokemon, with some normal minifigure size sets and some bigger figures like the Mixels.

I used to have a bootleg lego pokemon set back when I liked pokemon (don't judge, I thought it was a real set at the time) so I think it could work with real legos.

Very unlikely, but I'd love LEGO Xenoblade Chronicles; Metal Face, or a Skell, would be awesome. Or at least a Smash Bros. collectible minifigure series, as others have said, with new weapon molds for the Master Sword, Monado, Falchion, etc.
