Series 16, I still have 4 of the minifigures from it as they originally were; Rogue, Spy, Hiker, and Wildlife Photographer. Although I did give the Wildlife Photographer hair instead of the eskimo hood.

Hm, ... hard choice for me, so I name a few I really like.
Series 6 - Many unique figures (clockwork robot, genie, lady liberty, leprechaun, roman soldier) and I also like the color of the series packs.
Series 10 - Even though I ain't got him, it was fun to search after Mister Gold. The series got also some cool historical figures, which I really like (roman commander, tomahawk warrior, revolutionary soldiar).
Series 12 - With the Piggy guy the series got one of my favorite animal suit guy and the codes for LMO was cool too.
Series 13 - The King and the Egyptian Warrior were really cool and I also love the color of the packaging too.
Series 16 - I really love the Rogue figure and he's definitely in my top 10 figures out of all series and the Spooky Boy, the Hiker and the Dog Show Winner figures are cool too.
