The rain beat down outside the Woods' house. But inside, the family sat watching television in their living room. Let's start from the youngest. Nelly was 8, and she was sweet as Sugar. The family dog, an English bulldog literally named Sugar. Then Bob Jr., he's 14, and he's petulant as petulant can be. He likes to annoy his sisters. Then there's Emily. She's 16, and she mostly keeps to herself. Then Sophia, the Mom of the family. She'd trade all her kids for a few sips of coffee. Then Bob Sr. He's the Dad, and he's fine with doing anything, really. Now that you've met the family, let's get on with the story.
Nelly turned her head and politely said to Sophia, "Mom, could I please go up to my room now?" and, of course, Sophia couldn't argue with such a polite child, so she let her go. Nelly walked up the stairs and disappeared around the corner.
"Can I go too, Mom?" Emily quietly asked.
"Uh, s-sure, Emily." Emily jumped up and darted upstairs. Sophia sighed. She didn't know why Emily wasn't as polite as Nelly, but she loved her nonetheless.
"Mom, could I--" Bob Jr. Said.
"No." Sophia interrupted. "I need a kid here to get me more popcorn." She smiled. Bob Jr. Smiled and got up to go to the kitchen.
Emily laid down on her bed, tired from a long day of social interaction.
"Ugh. Tuesday tomorrow. School. People. Talking..." Emily fell asleep, as the rain kept beating down on the roof of the house, clearly not going to let up any time soon.
Nelly sat down on her bed and sighed. "I'm going to have SUCH a good day tomorrow! It's going to be fun, and happy, and bright... And sunny..." And thus, Nelly was asleep. Bob Jr. didn't go to bed until a couple hours later, after watching a movie with his parents. And that ends a normal night with the Woods'.
I hope y'all enjoyed this chapter, I'll be posting a new chapter ALMOST every day, I'm going on vacation from May 25th to June 1st, but aside from that week I should post anywhere from 0-2 chapters a day, it depends. But chances are I'll decide to post 2 chapters every other day, I don't know right now XD
