When we hear what was obviously Palpatine’s laugh at the end of the Rise of Skywalker trailer, there is a high chance Palpatine/Sidious is back as the main villain in Rise of Skywalker.Since Snoke is gone thanks to Kylo Ren, there is no powerful Sith Lord. Or is there?
