My future self to me: "You fool! Do you have any idea how busy I am right now?! How am I supposed to think of how to write this plot point?! You had no excuse, you were literally stuck at home with plenty of time on your hands. While I'm dealing with calamities you can't even fathom yet!" 

Me: "Like what? It can't be that bad." 

My future self: "Oh, only the fall of modern civilization! Now if you'll excuse me... I have to get this part written and this story finished before I go to the real life hunger games. Which I decided to be apart of so none of my family members would. But now I also have to make sure Tigress lives because she also thought this was a good idea apparently. Well actually, she goes by her post-pandemic nickname like everyone else does now, but that's besides the point!" 

Me: "Oh ok, cool... Wait WHAT!?!" 

My future self: "You have been warned past self..."  

Me: "Wait! No, don't go.Tell me more!" 
My future self: "I said YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!" 

Ok, that's a little extreme, but still, they might be slightly annoyed.
